Investment thesis

Halcyon is a mission-driven nonprofit accelerator that champions impact-focused entrepreneurs, with a particular commitment to proximate and underrepresented founders. Its shared impact goals span Climate, Health, and EquityTech. Through fellowships, programming, coaching, legal support, and an expert network, Halcyon helps early founders build scalable, market-based solutions to social and environmental problems. The organization is sustained by a community of donors, sponsors, corporate, foundation, and governmental partners, and channels donor-advised fund capital toward underrepresented founders and venture fund managers. As a 501(c)(3) public charity, contributions are tax-deductible, and Halcyon offers various giving pathways to advance an impact-driven future of business.
