Brandon England joined Rialto in 2021 as Chief Credit Officer, where he oversees commercial underwriting, loan approval and closing for CMBS, CLO and balance sheet execution, along with credit procedures and portfolio analytics. He has 24 years of real estate and banking experience, including work in commercial loan origination, securitization, CDO and CLO management, and fund management, and previously served as Chief Credit Officer and Head of C-III Commercial Mortgage. He earlier worked at Centerline Capital Group, Nomura Securities and JP Morgan, and holds a B.A. in Economics from Pomona College.

Brian Klein is Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Group at Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC. His experience in real estate asset management spans acquisitions, operations, development, management, and dispositions of stabilized and value-add properties across property types.

Eric Green joined Rialto in 2017 and is a Managing Director in the firm's Credit Investment Management group in New York, working across the real estate investing process including sourcing and executing acquisitions and structured debt originations. Before Rialto, he spent four years at Colony Capital (formerly Colony NorthStar) focused on property and portfolio acquisitions, private equity investments, and debt originations. He holds a degree in Economics from Hamilton College, where he minored in Mathematics and received a Fulbright scholarship.

Joe Bachkosky is Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Rialto Capital, with over 20 years of experience in finance. His work covers financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. He speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Galician.

Jonathan Horowitz is a Managing Director of Asset Management at Rialto Capital Advisors with more than 15 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management. His work focuses on the restructuring and resolution of non-performing CMBS, floating rate, mezzanine, and other distressed loans.

Juan Cueto is Managing Director and Head of Real Estate (REO) Asset Management at Rialto Capital Advisors, with over 25 years of experience in real estate investment, commercial real estate asset management, and property management across the private and public sectors. His work has included the acquisition, operation, management, and disposition of commercial, industrial, and residential properties, as well as land holdings. His team manages a portfolio comprising REO, CMBS REO, direct investments, and joint ventures.

Libby Kislak joined Rialto in 2024 as a Managing Director in the Credit Investment Management group. She previously worked at Blackstone as a Managing Director in Real Estate Debt Strategies, where she led the Capital Markets team across the US, Europe, and Australia, and was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs handling pricing, structuring, and distribution of commercial real estate loans and securities. She holds a B.S. in Economics from Wharton and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania's Huntsman Program.

Lucas Carlson is a Managing Director in Rialto's Credit Investment Management group, which he joined in 2010, where he handles sourcing, structuring, and execution of investments including CMBS securities, whole loans, b-notes, mezzanine loans, distressed debt, and preferred equity. He previously worked at Allianz Global Investors in the Mutual Funds group. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Denver and is a CFA Charterholder.

Michael Peskin joined Rialto in 2011 and is a Managing Director in the firm's Credit Investment Management group, where he handles origination, structuring, and execution of commercial real estate debt investments, focusing on transitional lending, non-performing loans, and special situations. He previously worked at Ernst and Young LLP, where he earned his CPA license. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University.

Oliver Striker is a Managing Director at Rialto Management Capital, which he joined in 2017, where he leads direct lending initiatives and originations. He has 14 years of experience in real estate finance and previously spent 11 years at UBS Investment Bank as a founding member of its real estate finance business, with earlier roles at Eurohypo AG and Nomura Securities International. He holds degrees from Cornell University and Columbia Business School.

Owen Tian joined Rialto in 2018 and is a Managing Director in the Credit Investment Management group, where he works on the firm's CMBS B-piece business, CMBS trading, loan structuring, and credit diligence. He previously spent six years at structured credit asset manager LibreMax Capital, focusing on sourcing, credit diligence, and executing investments in commercial and residential MBS and loan sectors. He holds an M.A. in Mathematics and dual B.S. degrees in Economics and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter Lindner is a Managing Director in Rialto's Credit Investment Management group, where he works on the firm's B-Piece platform and has been involved in underwriting and acquiring CMBS bonds across dozens of securitizations, as well as separately managed accounts and the firm's non-performing loan platform. He joined Rialto in 2010, having previously worked in commercial real estate finance at Anglo Irish Bank in New York City and earlier at NAI New York City and as a legislative aide for the New York State Senate. He holds a B.A. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute (Virginia Tech).

Phil Orban joined Rialto in 2015 and is a Managing Director in the Investment Management group, covering structured credit and equity investing. He previously spent nine years at real estate private equity firm Glenmont Capital Management, rising to principal and sourcing and executing opportunistic real estate deals totaling more than $1 billion, and earlier worked as an assistant vice president at real estate advisory firm The Weitzman Group. He holds a B.S. from Cornell University with a concentration in finance and real estate.

Rebecca Rosen joined Rialto in 2020 and serves as Director and Chief of Staff of the Investment Management group, working with the President and other executives on initiatives spanning recruitment, training, and process improvements, and originating credit and equity investments. Before Rialto, she spent seven years at Acadia Realty Trust focused on core and opportunistic equity investments and property-level financing, and earlier worked in Goldman Sachs' Asset Management division. She holds an Economics degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

William Berger is a Managing Director in Rialto's Credit Investment Management group, which he joined in 2020, where he handles origination, structuring, and execution of commercial real estate debt investments including transitional senior lending, subordinate debt, and special situations. Before Rialto, he was a founding member of Seven Valleys Capital, the lending arm of a New York single-family office, and worked at Resource Capital Corporation, a publicly traded mortgage REIT. He holds a degree from Muhlenberg College.

Zach Calinoff joined Rialto Capital in March 2025 as a Managing Director in the Credit Investment Management group, having previously worked at Rialto Mortgage Finance as a Managing Director from 2013 to 2019. Between 2022 and 2025 he was Chief Administrative Officer at LMF Commercial, and his earlier career included roles at UBS, Credit Suisse, Pacific Star Fund Management in Singapore, and Lehman Brothers. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.

Alejandro Diaz is Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Group at Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC. His experience spans acquisitions, operations, development, management, and dispositions of stabilized and value-add properties across a range of property types.

Amanda Ehrlickman is a Director at Rialto Capital Management. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College, where she concentrated in finance and marketing and was a four-year member of the varsity dance team.

Andrew Friedman is a Director at Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC, a CMBS special servicer. Originally from New York and currently based in Miami, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, graduating Cum Laude, and a Master of Science in Finance, both from the University of Miami.

Justin Seitenbach is a Director of Credit Investments at Rialto Capital, where he has focused on CMBS bond selection, relative value analysis, and trade execution across conduit, SASB, and CRE CLO transactions since 2022. He has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate credit, including CMBS underwriting, securitization, and bond investing and trading. Earlier in his career, he originated and underwrote over $1 billion of CRE loans across CMBS, CLO, balance sheet, and mezzanine executions.

Roberta Gold is a Director of Asset Management at Rialto Capital Advisors. She has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management, including the workout and disposition of performing and non-performing commercial real estate loans.

Vincent Wong is a Senior Vice President at Rialto Capital, where he works in CMBS structuring. His areas of specialization include derivatives products, portfolio optimization, liquidity risk management, mergers and acquisitions, asset allocation, and quantitative research.

Yihuan Zhang is a Director at Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC. Zhang works in commercial real estate, with experience in underwriting and asset management of credit investments across various asset classes and geographic regions.

Steph Harvey is a Director at Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC. Harvey works in commercial real estate, with experience in the underwriting and asset management of credit investments across asset classes and geographic regions.

Allison Peltzman joined Rialto in 2013 and serves as Director of Tax, overseeing tax compliance and reporting for the firm's funds and management company as well as contributing to fund formation and structuring. Before Rialto, she was a Tax Manager at Deloitte Tax, LLP, working with private equity firms and real estate companies. She holds a Master's degree and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Amanda Lenok joined Rialto in 2019 as Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing regulatory and compliance matters for the firm's SEC-registered investment adviser. She previously served as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer of the Real Estate Group at The Blackstone Group, held roles in the Governance, Risk and Regulatory practice at Deloitte & Touche from 2010 to 2016, and worked as an examiner with NYSE Regulation (later FINRA). She holds an M.S.L. in Corporate Compliance from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from New York University.

Carlos Modia rejoined Rialto in 2017 and serves as Treasurer, overseeing treasury operations such as liquidity management, risk management, corporate financing strategy, and banking relationships, and supporting capital planning with executive leadership. He previously led Rialto's investor reporting and investor services team, and earlier worked in Audit and Advisory at PwC serving real estate and banking clients, as well as an earlier stint as a Senior Fund Accountant at Rialto. He holds an M.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University.

Cory Olson joined Rialto in 2015 as a senior advisor, later serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer before becoming Vice Chairman, where he helps oversee the firm's sourcing, underwriting, execution, and management of investments. Before Rialto, he was President of LNR Property LLC (part of Starwood Property Trust's Real Estate Investing and Servicing segment), and earlier held finance and executive roles at AllBridge Investments, Dean Foods Company, Bank One Capital Markets, and Gainer Bank Corporation. He holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Wabash College.

Edward Martinelli joined Rialto in 2012 and serves as Director of Fund Accounting, having initially joined as Vice President of Financial Reporting overseeing SEC and investment fund reporting and SOX compliance. Before Rialto, he held controllership and financial reporting roles in manufacturing and real estate, including Corporate Controller at International Oil Trading Company and at Technical Olympic, USA, Director of Accounting at Parkson Corporation, and SEC Reporting Supervisor at Lincoln Electric, and earlier worked as a senior auditor at Price Waterhouse. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University and is a CPA licensed in Florida.

Illeanne Rukes joined Rialto in 2013 to lead the firm's human capital strategies, including talent acquisition, development, and engagement. She is an international human resources executive whose earlier roles include Chief Human Resources Officer of LNR Property Corporation, Managing Partner of R&R Property Investments, and HR leadership positions at PepsiCo (Frito Lay Spain and Pepsi Cola's South America & Caribbean unit) and Verizon Communications. She holds an MBA and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida and a B.S. in Psychology from Florida State University.

Jay Mantz joined Rialto Capital Management in 2011 and serves as President, overseeing the firm's investment management and capital raising activities. Before Rialto, he spent nearly two decades at Morgan Stanley from 1993 to 2011, where he held roles including Head of Real Estate Investing, co-head of the Real Estate Department, and Global Co-Head of the Merchant Banking Group, and was a member of the firm's Management Committee. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated as valedictorian from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.

Jos Sebastian joined Rialto in 2016 as Chief Information Officer and currently serves as Chief Digital and Technology Officer, where he oversees the firm's technology strategy, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data and AI platforms. He previously was SVP of Technology at Nielsen (2013-2016), managed Citibank's global ATM software organization and digital credit card initiatives (2006-2013), and held IT and product leadership roles at GE Healthcare (1995-2006). He holds an MBA from Marquette University and a B.S. in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Kerala.

Marcos Vázquez joined Rialto in 2019 as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, overseeing companywide forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and reporting. He previously held the same title at Turnberry Associates, a real estate development and property management firm, and from 2008 to 2016 served as Director of Finance for Ralph Lauren Corporation's Global Manufacturing & Sourcing organization in New York City. He holds an MBA in Finance, an M.S. in Accounting, and a B.S. in Finance from Montclair State University.

Marshall Van Smith joined Rialto in 2013 and is Chief Operating Officer, having previously served as Director of Tax and later as Chief Financial Officer. His work has spanned investment management, asset management, and corporate operations, with emphasis on financial governance, fund structuring, and operations. Before Rialto, he spent 11 years at public accounting firms serving investment and asset managers, developers, and financial institutions, and holds Master's and B.S. degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida along with a CPA designation.

Michael Davis joined Rialto in 2014 and directs Business Process Management and corporate platforms, with technical oversight of the firm's accounting, treasury, and fund management systems. He previously worked at Quantum from 2008, where he managed dialer, reporting, and application development, and relocated to Miami after Rialto acquired Quantum. Earlier in his career he held various roles at Wilshire, working on dialer and call center operations and platforms for special servicing and loan management.

Natasha Perez joined Rialto in 2013 and serves as Controller of Rialto Management Group, overseeing the corporate group's accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. She previously worked in accounting roles within the food distribution industry, most recently as Assistant Controller at Pescanova, Inc. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Florida International University and is a CPA licensed in Florida.

Robert Chomat joined Rialto in 2017 and serves as Chief Accounting Officer, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. Before Rialto, he was Controller at NBC Universal Telemundo Enterprises (2014-2017) and previously worked at Ernst & Young and Alvarez & Marsal, leading financial and accounting due diligence for private equity clients. He holds a degree from the University of Florida's Fisher School of Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Rodrigo Sakakibara joined Rialto in 2019 and serves as Chief Information Security Officer, overseeing IT enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and cybersecurity programs. Before Rialto he was CIO of Rosaprima International LLC and previously held technology roles at an airline IT service provider, a Brazilian call center IT division (Todo!), and TAM Brazilian Airlines. He holds an MBA in Leadership Management from Keiser University and a B.S. in Telecommunications & Electrical Engineering from FEI University Center in Brazil.

Sorana Georgescu joined Rialto in 2016 as Managing Director – Legal, where she oversees corporate governance, fund formation, and the structuring and negotiation of co-investment and joint venture transactions and financing arrangements. She previously served as General Counsel of InSite Group US, a hospitality company, and held several roles including General Counsel at homebuilder TOUSA, Inc. between 2002 and 2015. She holds an LL.M. from Cornell Law School, graduated from the University of Bucharest, and is a member of the New York Bar.

Thomas Scott rejoined Rialto in 2017 and serves as Chief Financial Officer, having previously been Managing Director and Deputy Chief Operating Officer overseeing the firm's corporate and fund operations, financings, and investor reporting and services. He earlier co-founded Venetian Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm, was CFO at Queensfort Capital Corporation, and worked in the audit and assurance group at Deloitte. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Muhlenberg College and is a CPA in Pennsylvania.

Vijay Chakravarthula joined Rialto in 2021 as Director of IT, Business Applications and Information Engineering, where he leads the design and delivery of the firm's business applications, operational analytics platforms, and AI-enabled information engineering systems supporting investment management, asset management, and corporate functions. Before Rialto, he held engineering and analytics roles at Tata Consultancy Services, developing enterprise data integrations, analytics platforms, and business applications for financial services and industrial clients. He holds a B.S. in Technology in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Kakinada, India.
