Alex Wagner served as the 12th Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, where he oversaw human capital strategy for nearly 700,000 personnel and led initiatives including recruiting strategies, military childcare improvements, and the establishment of an intergovernmental affairs function. Previously, he held positions including Chief of Staff to the Secretary of the Army, where he helped establish the Army Rapid Capabilities Office and Army Digital Service, and worked on Department of Defense policy regarding autonomous weapons systems and landmine policy. Currently a Distinguished Fellow at the Atlantic Council's Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security and lecturer in national security policy at Syracuse University's Maxwell School, he advises organizations on workforce transformation, civil-military engagement, and federal-state relations.

Austin DeLorme is Vice President of Federal Affairs at Firehawk. He spent 15 years as an acquisition officer and physicist with the United States Air Force, where he worked on technology transition and supported defense and civilian government agencies in leveraging commercial innovation. He was involved in founding AFWERX and establishing the Air Force's first technology accelerator programs, the Air Force Pitch Day model, and AFVentures, and served as an advisor on commercial industry engagement to Air Force senior acquisition leaders and the formation of defense innovation programs including Army Futures Command and SpaceWERX. DeLorme continues to serve part-time as an Air Force Reservist and advises government agencies and commercial technology companies on federal market engagement.

Chris Spinelli is a physician based in Springfield, Missouri, who serves as Chief Executive Officer of Atomic Doctor LLC and Jumper Enterprises LLC. He holds a Colonel rank in the U.S. Air Force as an Individual Mobilization Augmentee to the Command Surgeon at NORAD and U.S. Northern Command. His background includes specialization in pediatrics and flight medicine, with experience in innovation and product development.

Randy "Laz" Gordon is a retired senior commander and experimental test pilot with advanced degrees in strategy, aeronautical engineering, and systems engineering who has led developmental flight testing of multiple U.S. Air Force aircraft platforms and served in leadership roles overseeing innovation and advanced technology programs for the Department of Defense. His career includes command of the F-22 Combined Test Force, direction of the USAF/MIT Artificial Intelligence Technology Accelerator, and oversight of a $2.5 billion portfolio of advanced technology initiatives for U.S. Pacific Command. He currently serves as a board advisor and aerospace consultant for venture capital and corporate clients and holds fellowships from Harvard Business School, MIT, and DARPA.

Telly Renfroe is President/COO of KVLLC and a retired Senior Executive Service Director from the Department of Justice's Procurement Services Staff, where he oversaw a $27 billion contract portfolio across 44 DOJ components and received two Justice Management Division Special Commendation Awards. A 20-year U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he negotiated major federal technology agreements including a $3 billion Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions award and a 10-year, $300 million AWS contract that enabled the closure of 44 data centers. He holds an MBA from Webster University, a Master's in Program Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and FAC-C Professional certification in Contracting.
