He has held roles including program director at Telelombardia, where he balanced audience ratings with production cost reduction, and head of operations at Dante Labs, where he managed rapid expansion across Italy and England for a high-volume genomic laboratory. His background includes founding production companies and providing consulting services in operations management and organizational development.
