Alessio Di Loreto is a Scientific Project Manager at Scientifica, an innovation center where he conducts technical due diligence on deep tech startups, evaluating technology maturity, intellectual property, manufacturing risks, and scalability. He coordinates a mechatronics laboratory overseeing mechanical, electronic, and software engineering teams in prototype and hardware development, and manages white-label prototyping and industrialization projects. His background encompasses embedded electronics, PCB design, firmware development, hardware prototyping, and CAD/CAM tools, which inform his work across technology evaluation, product development, and venture assessment in hardware, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, and climate tech sectors.

Carmen Cabrera is Head of Marketing & Communication at Scientifica. With over 15 years of experience, she has led marketing and brand positioning strategies in corporate, venture capital, and luxury sectors, with particular expertise in luxury client experience, launch campaigns, growth marketing, and integrated communications. She is fluent in Italian, Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and has managed marketing and event budgets ranging from €20,000 to €150,000 while overseeing multidisciplinary teams.

Federica Blasini is an Art Director at Scientifica. She completed her studies in 2016 and established her own business offering graphic design and design services to individuals and companies.

Federico Papini is a graphic and motion designer at Scientifica based in Rome. He holds a degree in graphic design and motion graphics from IED Roma, completed in 2019, and has pursued additional training in 3D software.
