Frank Garcia is a Managing Director at Easton Capital, which he joined in 2000, with over twenty-five years of experience as a principal investor and investment banker. He previously headed Corporate Finance at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, ran Neptune Management Company, and held roles at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and as an attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell. He holds a JD from Harvard Law School and an AB from Harvard College.

Kresimir Letinic, MD, PhD, is a Managing Director at Easton Capital, which he joined in 2009, where he built and leads the firm's Healthcare IT practice. Before Easton, he was a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Predoctoral Fellow at Yale University and worked at Fletcher Spaght Ventures, The Channel Group, and Lesanne Life Sciences. His work focuses on health information technology, biotech, diagnostics, and medical devices, and he is a Kauffman Fellow (class 15).

Richard Lipkin is a Managing Director of Easton. He previously was a partner at Commerce Health Ventures, a life sciences healthcare fund, and at Laird & Co., a private merchant bank, worked as a biotech analyst consultant for a Goldman Sachs hedge fund and for DARPA, and served as Executive Director of the Strang Cancer Prevention Center. He is an honors graduate of Princeton University, holds an MBA from Columbia, studied theoretical neuroscience at Columbia University, and is a Senior Staff Associate in Columbia's Department of Neuroscience.

Ting Pau Oei is Executive Partner at Easton Capital, with over 30 years in the healthcare industry, including 22 years at Johnson & Johnson in operating and investing roles. He co-managed Johnson & Johnson Development Corp., where he oversaw more than 40 investments in biopharmaceutical, diagnostic, and health information technology companies, and previously led Ortho Pharmaceutical International. Earlier in his career he held positions at Abbott Laboratories and Merck.
