Mid Europa Partners

Alain Beyens is an Operating Partner at Mid Europa Partners, where he leads the Operating and Portfolio Team and sits on the Management and Investment Committees. Before joining the firm, he was a member of the Executive Committee of AB InBev and served as CEO of two PE-backed consumer companies, Starbev and Pelican Rouge. He holds a commercial engineering degree from the Solvay Business School in Brussels.

Aleksandar Dragicevic is a Partner in the London office of Mid Europa Partners, where he handles deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring of investments and serves on the Investment Committee. He previously worked at Moelis & Company in London. He holds a Master's in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's in International Economics, Management and Finance from Bocconi University.

Bogdan Bunea is a Principal at MidEuropa based in the Bucharest office, where he works on deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring of investments since 2020. He previously worked in the Auto/Industrials and CEE teams at Rothschild & Co in London. He holds a Master's in International Finance from HEC Paris.

David Fuhrmann joined Mid Europa Partners in 2024, working out of the London office on investor relations, including fundraising and public relations, and on sustainability, where he leads the integration of sustainability considerations into the investment process. He previously worked as a Sustainability Consultant and Auditor at PwC in the UK and the Middle East. He holds a degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of St Andrews and is a Chartered Accountant.

Deirdre Dalton is a Chartered Accountant who joined MidEuropa Fund Management Limited in June 2025. She previously worked at CITCO Group Limited and Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services (Guernsey) Limited, with experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting and regulatory compliance.

Francesca Fernandes joined Mid Europa Partners in 2023 as an EA/Office Administrator in the London office. She previously worked at Goldman Sachs in London and holds an NVQ and Diploma in Hairdressing and Theatrical, Special Effects Media Hair and Make-Up.

Gilles Duroy joined Mid Europa Partners in 2017 and serves as Director and Head of the Luxembourg office, where he oversees the management of Luxembourg structures. Before joining the firm, he spent more than 10 years working in the trust sector in Luxembourg. He holds a Bachelor's in Accounting from University College of Luxembourg.

Joshna Gami joined Mid Europa Partners in 2021 as an HR Generalist in the London office, where she provides HR generalist support to the firm. She previously worked at Silverfleet Capital and Sompo International. She holds a Bachelor's Hons in Management Studies from Brunel University and a Level 7 CIPD qualification.

Megan Cluett joined MidEuropa in 2011 as Compliance Officer in the Guernsey office, where she oversees compliance for the MidEuropa administrator and its POI-licensed general partners. Before MidEuropa, she worked at Ogier Fiduciary Services (Guernsey) Limited. She holds a Master's in Corporate Governance from Bournemouth University and is a Graduate of The Chartered Governance Institute.

Paul Corbet joined MidEuropa in August 2025 as a Manager of the Administration team in the Guernsey office, where he oversees the administration of the firm's Guernsey entities. He previously worked as a manager at HFL, a third-party administrator in Guernsey, and has over eight years of experience in the Guernsey finance industry supporting private equity and venture capital teams.

Suzi Druce joined MidEuropa in 2019 and works as a Fund Accounting Manager in the firm's Guernsey office. Before joining, she worked for the Guernsey Hockey Club and the Guernsey Athletics Club. She is a qualified accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Sylwia Gajda joined Mid Europa Partners in 2012 and works as an Office Administrator and PA in the Warsaw office. She previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle and Parkridge Retail Development in Warsaw. She holds a Master's in Psychology from the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw.
