Arash Saidi is a General Partner of Cypher Capital and Storm Group, where he leads investment structuring and execution across the group's investment management and AI infrastructure businesses, including data centre development in MENA, Europe, and Central Asia, and serves as the group's Chief Legal Officer overseeing regulatory strategy. He was previously General Counsel of GFH Financial Group and held structuring and investment roles at M2 and ADCorp, working on digital asset strategy, VASP licensing, tokenised securities, and DeFi product design. He is a solicitor admitted in Australia and England and Wales, and holds Banking & Finance and Law degrees from Queensland University of Technology.
