Nick Goldner is a founder and investor with a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Washington University in St. Louis, where he identified the molecular drug target of the antibiotic Daptomycin. He founded Viosera Therapeutics, an antibiotic company where he led IP strategy resulting in issued patents across the US, EU, China, and Japan, and later founded resistanceBio, an oncology services company. He now serves as a Venture Partner at Alix Ventures, focusing on early-stage life science and TechBio startups, and was previously a venture partner at Pioneer Fund covering biotech.

Brian Fiske is an entrepreneur and therapeutics expert focused on oncology. He began his career at Bain & Company, then joined Flagship Ventures where he co-founded Ohana and KSQ Therapeutics, and later co-founded Mythic Therapeutics (2017) and served as co-founder and CTO of Ohana Biosciences. He holds an A.B. in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University and a PhD in Biology from MIT.

Daniel Delubac is an engineer and operator focused on biotechnology, with experience in clinical diagnostics research, product development, lab operations, and synthetic biology. He began his career at Counsyl building an automated system for clinical-grade Next Generation Sequencing, then worked on process engineering and automation at Guardant Health, and led wetlab R&D, process engineering, automation, and lab operations at Freenome. He currently serves as COO of Xilis, working on cancer care using micro-organoids, and holds a B.S. and M.S. in Applied Physics from France and a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Jake Becraft is a synthetic biologist and entrepreneur, and Co-Founder and CEO of Strand Therapeutics, where he also serves on the Board of Directors. Working with colleagues at MIT's Synthetic Biology Center, he led the development of a synthetic biology programming language for mRNA. He holds a Ph.D. in Biological Engineering and Synthetic Biology from MIT and a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

He was President and CEO of ABILITY, a cloud-based healthcare provider platform acquired by Inovalon, and previously held CEO roles at McKesson Corporation, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation (USA), BenefitPoint, and Red Line Healthcare Corporation. He has also served on the boards of Inovalon, Quidel, and other healthcare and technology companies.
