Javier san Juan is President of L'Oréal Latin America Hispanic Zone and Mexico and has worked at the L'Oréal Group for over 15 years, including a term as President & CEO of L'Oréal Canada from 2006 to 2014. He started at L'Oréal in operations and finance in Russia and later ran its markets in Uruguay, Argentina and Romania, following earlier finance roles at Sandoz (now part of Novartis) and one of its Philippine subsidiaries. He holds master's degrees in law and economics from Universidad ICADE in Spain and a post-graduate diploma from HEC in Paris.

Jeremy Stepak joined Gibraltar as part of its founding team in 2013, bringing more than fifteen years of capital markets, operations, and transaction experience. He served as CFO of Gibraltar Growth Corporation, a SPAC that took portfolio company LXRandCo, Inc. public in 2017, and later became Interim CFO of that company in Montreal, overseeing its financial operations. He previously worked as VP Finance & Development at Global Hospitality Investments in Latin America, as a manager on Deloitte's Corporate Finance team in Toronto, and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, earning his CPA-CA designation.

Som Seif is the Founder and CEO of Purpose Investments Inc., which he started after selling Claymore Investments to BlackRock in March 2012. He founded Claymore in Canada in 2005 and served as its President and CEO, and previously worked as an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets from 1999, helping develop its structured products group in Canada and the U.S. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Cam di Prata founded Gibraltar & Company, an investment management firm, in 2013 and serves as its CEO and Managing Partner. He has over 25 years of M&A experience across the technology, media, and consumer sectors, including prior investment banking roles at Nesbitt Burns, Citigroup, Scotia Capital, and National Bank of Canada, where he became Head of Corporate and Investment Banking. He holds a Commerce degree from Concordia University and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario's Ivey School of Business.

Joe Mimran is a fashion and retail entrepreneur who founded or created brands including Alfred Sung, Club Monaco, Caban, and Joe Fresh, the latter developed for Loblaws where he served as Creative Director until 2014. In 2019 he launched gry mattr, a home and office accessories line, and he appears as an investor on CBC's Dragons Den. He invests in and supports entrepreneurs.

Luigi Fraquelli spent over 25 years in investment banking, providing M&A advisory services and leading public and private debt and equity financings across sectors including telecommunications, consumer products, and life sciences. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) and an MBA from McGill University, and held investment-banking roles of increasing responsibility at BMO Capital Markets from 1985 to 2010, rising to Managing Director in Montreal. Since 2011 he has managed personal investments, including early-stage privately held companies.

Val Sorbie has over 30 years of experience in strategy, operations, and senior executive management, more recently providing board, leadership, and strategic advisory work to high-growth ventures and not-for-profits. She previously served as chief administrative officer of BMO Capital Markets and SVP of the office of strategic management at BMO Financial Group, and was earlier a consultant for Bell Canada. She has been COO at several software companies, including Kintera, AudienceView Software, and Trapeze Software, and holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Joelle Maslaton has about fifteen years of experience across technology, brand and product marketing, digital and social media strategy, business development, and advertising. Before joining Gibraltar, she spent six years at Facebook and Instagram, where she led Instagram's business entry into the Canadian market and later led global revenue growth for Instagram Stories. Earlier in her career she spent seven years at McCann Erickson in Montreal working on L'Oréal Canada's consumer products division and two years at Shiseido Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours and a Global Business Marketing Diploma from McGill University.

Shay Nulman is a Vice President at Gibraltar Ventures, where he advises portfolio company management, evaluates new investment opportunities, and works on the firm's overall growth. He previously worked in equity research at Scotiabank covering Canadian and U.S. telecommunications and cable companies, and before that was at OMERS Ventures supporting due diligence and advising portfolio companies. He began his career at inCode, Ericsson's strategy and technology consulting practice, and holds an International BBA from York University's Schulich School of Business and an MBA from Western University's Richard Ivey School of Business.

Daniel Abramov has more than ten years of experience across consulting, finance, and technology, with a focus on digital business management, e-commerce, digital marketing, and web analytics. He co-founded DealTicker Inc., a performance-based e-commerce marketplace that was acquired by LiveDeal (NASDAQ: LIVE) in 2014, and earlier worked as an Associate on the Equity Capital Markets desk at National Bank Financial in Toronto. He holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Science with Honours from York University.
