Amresh Sharma is a Business Development Advisor at Shell Foundation focused on impact investing, climate finance, and the EV and mobility ecosystem in India. With over 14 years of experience across impact investing, climate finance, financial inclusion, and sales and marketing, he has held leadership roles at Shell India, CarDekho, Vodafone, and HDFC Life, with expertise in P&L management, deal origination, and multi-stakeholder partnerships. He completed executive education at ISB and specializes in business development and go-to-market strategy for scaling models in low-income markets.

Duncan Hart is Strategic Partnerships Director at Shell Foundation, bringing over 20 years of experience in international development across sub-Saharan Africa. Previously, he held positions at the UK Foreign Office (2004-2016), Crown Agents, and NFER, where he led large-scale development programmes, negotiated at multilateral institutions including the United Nations, African Development Bank, and Inter-American Development Bank, and oversaw initiatives addressing neglected tropical diseases and clean energy with combined values exceeding £280 million. Hart also serves on the London FA Governing Council as Vice President and holds a Club Development Manager position at Peckham Town FC.

Jo Chandler works as a Communications Adviser at Shell Foundation, a charity established in 2000 that develops business solutions focused on clean energy access and livelihood opportunities for underserved populations.

Nick Jones is Head of Financial Partnerships at Shell Foundation. He has worked in London financial markets and spent more than five years in East Africa executing and managing deals in the social venture capital sector.
