Carly joined the Colorado Impact Fund at its 2014 launch. She previously worked in the business and finance group at Ballard Spahr LLP in Denver, advising public and private companies on M&A, securities, and corporate governance matters, and earlier taught with Teach for America in the Bronx. She holds a B.A. from Dartmouth, an M.A. in education from Bank Street College, and a J.D. from the University of Colorado.

Blair Morgan is an Executive Board Member at the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation with a background as an ICT executive. Morgan's areas of experience include technology, sales, and delivery, with specialties in knowledge management, semantic technologies, single sourcing, learning management systems, and training.

Hilary Lenihan is the Director of Strategic Engagement at the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation (NBIF), where she works to connect early-stage companies with capital, resources, and networks across the Atlantic Canadian startup ecosystem. Her work includes designing initiatives such as NBIF's Breakthru Startup Pitch Competition and developing programs focused on regional economic development in New Brunswick.

Kyle Woods is an Investment Associate at the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation. He has an engineering background and experience developing technologies and leading multi-disciplinary teams, including moving concepts from lab scale through to commercialization.

Laïla Thériault is an Associate at the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation (NBIF), a pre-seed and seed-stage venture capital fund focused on New Brunswick-based technology startups. In addition to providing direct funding to founders, NBIF operates a limited partner strategy that invests in other Canadian venture capital funds.

Nitin Bhalla is an Investment Associate at the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation, a provincially funded venture capital organization that invests in early-stage technology ventures in New Brunswick, Canada. He has more than 18 years of work experience across large corporations, venture capital, entrepreneurship, startup acceleration, and non-profit social impact. Bhalla holds an advanced master's in business administration with a focus on venture capital from the University of New Brunswick, an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, and a post-graduate program in management from the Indian School of Business.

Paul Thornton is Innovation Partnerships Manager at the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation, where he supports researchers in moving their ideas toward commercial implementation. He holds a PhD in chemistry and has worked in the development of green and sustainable chemical technologies, as well as at the intersection of technical and commercial development. Based in New Brunswick, his work involves helping innovators assemble funding, expertise, and capacity to advance their inventions.

Tony Van Bommel is a retired venture capital investor who focused on cleantech, climate, and industrial software, with investments in companies including GAN Systems, D-Wave, Q1 Labs, and General Fusion. He previously served as senior managing partner of a national venture capital investment team, working on seed- through B-round investments in technology-based businesses in Canada. He is a board member at the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation and holds an MBA and an LLB.

Adrian Uberto is President, COO, and a Partner at ParaFi, with a background in alternative asset management and digital assets. He previously was Managing Director at CoinList, where he led its investment platform as CEO and COO of its broker dealer and registered investment advisor, and earlier worked on Blackstone's Alternative Asset Management team and at Lehman Brothers Holdings.

Group Executive Chairman since January 2007 and an Executive Director, with broad financial services and real estate investment experience across Asia. He is also executive chairman of Mulpha International Berhad and a trustee of the Lee and Lee Trust, which controls Allied Group Limited, the company's ultimate holding company.
