Hamad Alkharashi is Chief Financial Officer at SVC. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from King Saud University and has experience in the information technology and services industry, with expertise in financial analysis, research, and management.

Ibrahim Alrashid is Chief Executive Officer of SME Bank, where he manages a SAR20 billion investment portfolio across multiple asset classes with an average annual growth rate of 9%. With 28 years of experience, he has worked across financial services, business, consulting, government, and startup sectors. Alrashid holds arbitration certification from the Minister of Justice and serves on the boards of government, private, and listed entities.

Nabeel Koshak is a Board Member and former Founding CEO of Saudi Venture Capital (SVC), and serves as Chairman of the Saudi Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. His current roles include board seats at Riyad Capital, SIDF Investment Company, and the Badir Fund for Startups and SMEs, along with membership on the Capital Market Authority's Advisory Committee and the Supervisory Committee of the Fuel Fund at the National Technology Development Program. He holds a PhD in Design Computing from Carnegie Mellon University and has completed executive education programs at IMD, INSEAD, Harvard University, and MIT.

Saleh Alshehri is a senior human capital and shared services executive with over 19 years of experience across multiple sectors. He currently serves as Chief Corporate Services Officer at SVC and sits on the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Riyad Capital, where he advises on leadership appointments, succession planning, organization design, and governance matters. His background includes building scalable service delivery models, leading corporate functions, and implementing digital transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy.

Tom Price has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, most recently serving as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Stanhope Capital, a London-based wealth manager. His background spans private investments, debt financing, derivatives and investment products, including time at Morgan Stanley, and he has served as chairman of a listed investment company. He began his career as a lawyer at Freshfields and later established financial services practice groups at Shearman & Sterling and Dechert; he holds an MA from Worcester College, Oxford, and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
