Investment thesis
Aescuvest invests exclusively in healthtech across remote monitoring, detection and diagnosis, and personalised medicine, explicitly excluding pure biotech drug development, healthcare services, and clinically unrelated software. Rather than a blind-pool fund, it structures each opportunity as its own SPV with its own term sheet, diligence pack, and investor decision, letting qualified investors participate deal-by-deal on reviewed terms. Sourcing runs through partner networks, portfolio referrals, and direct founder relationships across Europe and the Middle East, giving first-look access to clinically validated, regulatory-aware teams. Diligence spans clinical, IP, regulatory, and financial areas, accelerated by an AI copilot and supported by expert reviewers from its investor community, with hands-on board engagement through to exit.
