Currently a Venture Partner at Faber, he has invested in and advised companies including Unbabel, Youverse, Opnova, and Equall, and previously held leadership roles at Portugal Fintech and Beta-i. Silva holds a degree in Computer Engineering from IST and an MBA from Oxford.

Alejandro Martí is CEO and Co-Founder of Mitiga Solutions, a climate risk intelligence platform that applies AI and supercomputing to quantify and mitigate climate-related financial and operational risks for asset managers, insurers, and infrastructure companies. His background includes climate modeling work with research institutions including the Spanish National Supercomputing Center, NOAA, and UK MetOffice. He serves as Chairman of the UN-ITU Group on AI for Climate Applications.

Bruno Ferreira is CEO of Biotrend, SA and Invited Associate Professor at Instituto Superior Técnico. His background spans industrial and marine biotechnology, bioprocess development, and bioeconomy, with experience in scaling biological systems from development to commercial deployment. He has founded multiple companies in the bioeconomy sector and advises private and public organizations on industrial biotechnology strategy and technology transfer.

Jaime Jorge is Co-Founder and CEO of Codacy, a code quality and security platform. With a master's degree in software engineering and over 10 years of experience in developer tools, security, and team productivity, Jorge has transitioned from software developer to founder.

Mário Figueiredo is a Distinguished Professor and Feedzai Professor of Machine Learning at Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon, where he directs the ELLIS Unit Lisbon. He holds expertise in signal and image processing, statistics, machine learning, information theory, and optimization, and serves as Venture Partner and Chief Scientist at Faber VC.
