Michel Dubois is an Operating Partner and Chief Scientist of AI at Innovobot Labs with over 30 years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence. His career spans multiple industries including urban transit optimization, banking, telecommunications, and mining, with previous roles including Vice President of AI at Newtrax—where he contributed to the company's 80% average annual revenue growth and global expansion—and Associate Partner in AI at IBM. He holds a Master's degree in Mathematics, is a PhD candidate in Engineering, and has authored a patent on mathematical optimization of high-bandwidth signal switching.

Mohammed Ghafari is Senior Partner, Global Partnerships & Alliances at Innovobot, focusing on the Middle East and Africa region. He brings over 35 years of experience in technology and business development across multinational corporations, including leadership roles at Lucent Technologies, Convergys Corporation, and IBM, with particular expertise in the MEA region. Ghafari holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Leeds and has founded and invested in technology ventures including Digital Planet and board positions at several companies.

Neha Khera is a Managing Partner at IRV Fund, where she focuses on early-stage deep tech investments at the pre-seed and seed stages. She has over a decade of experience investing in early-stage startups.

Pedro Gregorio heads the Robotics Lab at Innovobot Labs and brings engineering expertise across manufacturing automation, surgical robotics, and consumer electronics. With over one hundred issued patents, he has experience in spacecraft assembly integration, haptic systems, and precision automation across aeronautics and medical sectors. His background includes project management, team leadership, and field engineering across global operations.

Robert Lacroix is Senior Partner and Chief Engineering Officer at Innovobot, where he oversees systems engineering across artificial intelligence, IoT, hardware, and robotics applications. With 25 years in product development, he has led multi-national engineering teams on projects including a mobile haptic feedback software stack deployed in over 1 billion devices and computer vision-based 3D pose estimation technology for mobile health applications. His experience spans digital healthcare, automotive electronics, and human-machine interfaces, and he holds more than 50 patents; he has also supported business development efforts with major electronics manufacturers including Samsung, LG, and Nokia.

Jim Perrone is an Operating Partner at Innovobot and a CFA Charterholder with over 20 years of experience in environmental consulting. He has held management and project leadership roles involving team building, P&L oversight, business development, and multi-disciplinary project execution across technical analysis, regulatory negotiations, and client management.

Partner and tax advisor specialising in income tax, VAT and transaction consultancy, with experience representing clients in tax disputes, proceedings and audits.

Alice Ying is a chartered professional accountant and director of finance and administration at Innovobot. She holds certifications as a CPA, CA, CIA, and CRMA, with experience in external audit, review engagements, and financial statement preparation. Her technical expertise includes ASPE, US GAAP, and IFRS accounting standards, as well as budgeting, financial modeling, and financial statement analysis.

Daniel Shor is the founder of Ohmnum and has over a decade of experience in haptic technology and product design. He previously served as Director of Haptics and R&D at SenseGlove, a VR/AR wearables company, and led R&D projects at LoveHoney GmbH focused on vibration technology. Shor is a co-founder of the VibeResearch Lab at Delft University of Technology and teaches Design Engineering and Interaction Design, with guest lectures at FH Salzburg and Parsons School of Design.

Françoise Lyon is a Senior Strategic Advisor at Laulima Consulting Inc. with over 30 years of experience in finance, capital raising, and general management. She serves as a Non Executive Director on multiple boards and specializes in connecting companies and investment funds with family offices and international investors, while supporting organizations focused on innovative solutions with social impact. Lyon holds accreditation as an administrator (Adm. a.) and received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal.

Gijs Ijpma is Director of Systems Engineering at Innovobot Labs and holds a PhD in Biomechanical Engineering. With 15 years of experience in research and development supervision, he has led multimillion-dollar projects spanning image analysis, microfluidics, device development, and mathematical modeling, while securing over $2M in competitive government and industry funding. Miguel Adão is President of Voler Systems, a Silicon Valley-based electronic product design firm under Innovobot Labs, and serves as Head of Commercial at Innovobot Labs. With over 45 years of operational history, Voler has completed more than 900 projects in medical devices, wearables, and industrial IoT, with technical capabilities spanning sensors, firmware, wireless systems, and low-power design. Adão has participated in three company exits and advises on partnerships across MedTech, wearables, IoT, robotics, and AI sectors.

Neil Olien is President and Managing Director of The Haptics Company, an engineering consulting services firm. The company provides know-how, training, and tools to support technology integration into established products.

Nidal Abbas is Director of Business Development - Advanced Manufacturing at Innovobot. He has held business development and sales leadership roles in supply chain technology, logistics, SaaS, and automation across North America, Europe, and APAC, with experience in key account management, strategic partnerships, and multi-million-dollar deal closure.

Peter Sztyk serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Innovobot. His background includes experience in cross-border M&A law, public and private fundraising, crisis management, and corporate restructuring.
