His career spans multiple industries including urban transit optimization, banking, telecommunications, and mining, with previous roles including Vice President of AI at Newtrax—where he contributed to the company's 80% average annual revenue growth and global expansion—and Associate Partner in AI at IBM. He holds a Master's degree in Mathematics, is a PhD candidate in Engineering, and has authored a patent on mathematical optimization of high-bandwidth signal switching.

Mohammed Ghafari is Senior Partner, Global Partnerships & Alliances at Innovobot, focusing on the Middle East and Africa region. He brings over 35 years of experience in technology and business development across multinational corporations, including leadership roles at Lucent Technologies, Convergys Corporation, and IBM, with particular expertise in the MEA region. Ghafari holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Leeds and has founded and invested in technology ventures including Digital Planet and board positions at several companies.

Neha Khera is a Managing Partner at IRV Fund, where she focuses on early-stage deep tech investments at the pre-seed and seed stages. She has over a decade of experience investing in early-stage startups.

Pedro Gregorio heads the Robotics Lab at Innovobot Labs and brings engineering expertise across manufacturing automation, surgical robotics, and consumer electronics. With over one hundred issued patents, he has experience in spacecraft assembly integration, haptic systems, and precision automation across aeronautics and medical sectors. Alice Ying is a chartered professional accountant and director of finance and administration at Innovobot. Daniel Shor is the founder of Ohmnum and has over a decade of experience in haptic technology and product design. He previously served as Director of Haptics and R&D at SenseGlove, a VR/AR wearables company, and led R&D projects at LoveHoney GmbH focused on vibration technology. Shor is a co-founder of the VibeResearch Lab at Delft University of Technology and teaches Design Engineering and Interaction Design, with guest lectures at FH Salzburg and Parsons School of Design.

Françoise Lyon is a Senior Strategic Advisor at Laulima Consulting Inc. with over 30 years of experience in finance, capital raising, and general management. She serves as a Non Executive Director on multiple boards and specializes in connecting companies and investment funds with family offices and international investors, while supporting organizations focused on innovative solutions with social impact. Lyon holds accreditation as an administrator (Adm. a.) and received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal.

Gijs Ijpma is Director of Systems Engineering at Innovobot Labs and holds a PhD in Biomechanical Engineering.
