The fund views Africa as a generational investment opportunity driven by the world's most dynamic demographics, with the continent expected to hold a large share of the global youth population and workforce by 2050. It backs the digital transformation of education to expand access and affordability where demand for quality learning outstrips supply. It focuses on personalized, adaptive, and data-driven learning tools that address teacher shortages and learning poverty, as well as skills-focused, competency-based models that create faster, cheaper pathways to employment. It also supports education models that build a distributed African talent pipeline for the global workforce.
