Hamad Al Sheikh Musaed has been with Rasameel for over six years as Head of Business Development, serving UHNWIs, HNWIs, and institutional investors. He holds a double major in Finance and Banking from New Mexico State University.

Hussain Abu Dabaseh is an Accounting graduate from the Gulf University for Science and Technology in Kuwait with internal audit experience at RSM Kuwait, focused on digital transformation in the financial sector.

Mohamad Zuhair Naamany is an AVP in finance at Rasameel, joining in 2016 with prior experience at several investment companies since 2006. He holds a degree in accounting and finance from the Lebanese University and a CMA certificate.

Mustafa Emam is a qualified lawyer and legal advisor with 28 years of GCC experience and a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. He is an accredited international arbitrator and joined Rasameel in 2013.

Nada Mohammad joined Rasameel in 2023 as Executive Office Manager, bringing a background in financial consultancy and medical healthcare management. She holds a degree in Economics.

Namhid Ummer Kutty has over 10 years of investment experience spanning Islamic finance structuring and equity, and has managed and originated approximately USD 200 million each in international real estate assets at Rasameel since 2016. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Madras.

Noor Obeid joined Rasameel over seven years ago, starting in Wealth Management before becoming Department Manager of Corporate Communications. She holds a degree specializing in Digital Marketing and is a member of the Marketing Committee of the Union of Investment Companies.

Nour Harb is a Finance graduate from the American University of Kuwait who joined Rasameel in 2022 as an Operations Officer, focusing on accuracy, safekeeping, and efficiency and using Power BI for reporting.

Ralph Serrao is an Investment Analyst at Rasameel working across risk management, portfolio analysis, trade execution, research, and operations. He holds a commerce degree specializing in Banking & Insurance from Christ University and is pursuing the CFA designation.

Saud Shaddad joined Rasameel in 2022 to lead its digital transformation, including the development of myRasameel. He has software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity expertise and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Kuwait University.
