oladoc is a Pakistani digital healthcare platform that connects patients with doctors for in-person clinic appointments and online video consultations. Through its website and mobile app, patients can search for practitioners by specialty, location, name or condition, compare consultation fees, patient reviews, satisfaction scores and wait times, and book slots directly. Beyond doctor bookings, the platform offers laboratory test bookings, hospital appointments, procedures and surgeries at discounted rates, medicine information/online pharmacy services and wellness programs, and lets patients store and share medical records within the application.

Following the pre-Series A round announced in January 2022, the company said it was consolidating its position in appointment booking, evaluating new verticals and recruiting senior executives. It has since publicised partnerships with Mobilink Bank, Jubilee Life (including OPD services), inDrive, Zong 4G and SIMOSA, and reports a network of over 25,000 verified doctors, more than 1 million app installs and over 50 million patients served.
