Indica Amarasinghe is Chapter Director at Startup Grind Doha and an active participant in the startup ecosystem since 2014, having headed a government tech incubator in Qatar that supported over 50 startups and served as mentor and judge for regional and global startup initiatives. With 23 years in the technology industry across public and private sectors in Sri Lanka and Qatar, and nearly 30 years in marketing and business administration roles, Amarasinghe has managed strategic projects including QITCOM and product launches for major technology brands. Additionally, Amarasinghe served on the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Fan Engagement team, managing fan leaders across multiple international sports events.
