His background includes positions at Nasdaq, where he served as Managing Director of Strategy and cofounder of Nasdaq Global Corporate Solutions, as well as Chief Strategy Officer roles at three private equity-backed companies focused on M&A, proxy solicitation, investor relations, and market intelligence.

Abdulla Kanoo is co-founder and co-CEO of ARP Digital, a digital asset financial services firm. He holds a BA in Structural Engineering and an MS in Operations Research from Columbia University, with coursework focused on financial engineering, blockchain, and machine learning. Prior to ARP Digital, Kanoo worked in traditional banking and investment firms; in 2024, he led a partnership between ARP Digital and the National Bank of Bahrain to launch the region's first Bitcoin-linked structured fund.

Jordana Cohen is a transactional attorney and legal policy advisor at Big Dog Ranch Rescue with background in finance, law, and digital assets. She holds a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.S. in Finance from Tulane University, and has prior experience at Alpha Sigma Capital conducting macroeconomic research and contract review. Beyond her legal practice, Cohen has founded community fundraising events for pediatric cancer research and been involved in animal welfare initiatives, including co-chairing a charity golf tournament and securing intellectual property rights for a dog rescue documentary series.

Suha Askary is Chief Executive Officer of SPIRIT Blockchain Capital Inc., a publicly listed company operating in blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, decentralized finance, and artificial intelligence. With over 30 years of executive experience, she has led global investment initiatives and advised institutional investors, family offices, and public and private companies on transactions across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Her background encompasses investment management, institutional capital markets, financial engineering, cross-border transactions, and technology commercialization.
