The fund pursues a 25% target IRR over a five-year investment period plus two-year distribution period. Though sector agnostic, it favours enterprise/SMB platforms, digital payments, e-commerce, retail, cybersecurity, consumer and social apps, software and cloud, data analytics, media and ad tech, agriculture tech, and clean energy, plus emerging themes like blockchain, fintech, AI, and IoT. It leverages Lakson Group's local connectivity for proprietary deal flow.
