Emrah Silav is a Managing Partner at Oleka Capital and a Strategic Advisor at the fintech accelerator Archie. He previously chaired United Payment and led the OYAK Finance Group at Oyak Securities, and earlier served as CFO at Erdemir overseeing group finance at OYAK Mining and Metallurgy. He holds an MS in Financial Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas, and is a CFA charterholder.

Can Ergelmis is Investment and Strategy Director at Oleka Capital, where he leads growth-stage investments in B2B SaaS across fintech, retailtech, regtech, cybersecurity, and AI. His operating background includes co-founding DoktorTakvimi, a physician booking platform in Turkey that was acquired by Docplanner; launching Amazon operations in Sweden, Belgium, and Turkey; founding Hepsipay, a regulated payments platform; and directing digital transformation at a travel operator. He currently serves on boards for portfolio companies including Easycep, Wamo, and Onlayer, and advises founders on international expansion, go-to-market strategy, and organizational scaling.
