Elgin is an Executive Board Member at Finberg, Fibabanka's venture capital arm, and a founding member of Q Angels. He is also the co-founder of Fintech Istanbul and was the founding director of Fit Startup Factory at Ozyegin University.

İlker Sözdinler is a Managing Partner at Oleka Capital and chairs the Fintech Committee of DEIK's Digital Business Council. He previously founded and led United Payment as CEO, expanding it across 15 markets with fintech partners such as Wise and Remitly before its 2025 exit to Türkiye İş Bankası, and earlier co-founded NGN, which served financial institutions and was later sold. He holds a double major in Management Information Systems and Business Administration from Penn State University (2005).

Bölen brings early-stage venture experience from his role as Principal at Formus Capital, a US-based early stage VC fund. He also has corporate finance and equity research background from positions at Yapi Kredi Yatirim and Global Securities.

Ergelmiş is a strategy leader with 15+ years in tech-driven growth. He held senior roles at Amazon overseeing European marketing and Prime expansion, and has founded and exited companies including Doktortakvimi. He has also served as Chief Strategy Officer at Goldman Sachs-backed Jolly.

Koçer has policy and communications expertise, having served as a Policy Lead at The Entrepreneurs Network in the UK and worked for Portland Communications on international communications for the 2020 World Cup. He is recognized as a Rising Leader Fellow by the Aspen Institute.

Can Ergelmis is Investment and Strategy Director at Oleka Capital, where he leads growth-stage investments in B2B SaaS across fintech, retailtech, regtech, cybersecurity, and AI. His operating background includes co-founding DoktorTakvimi, a physician booking platform in Turkey that was acquired by Docplanner; launching Amazon operations in Sweden, Belgium, and Turkey; founding Hepsipay, a regulated payments platform; and directing digital transformation at a travel operator. He currently serves on boards for portfolio companies including Easycep, Wamo, and Onlayer, and advises founders on international expansion, go-to-market strategy, and organizational scaling.
