About
Bob Easter earned undergraduate and Master's degrees in agricultural education and animal nutrition at Texas A&M and a Ph.D. in Animal Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He joined the UIUC faculty in Animal Sciences, teaching animal nutrition and pork production, and consulted for the feed industry both domestically and internationally. He also served as Head of the Department of Animal Sciences, Dean of the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences, Interim Chancellor of the Urbana-Champaign campus, and President of the University system.
