Richard Chow is an advisor to Inclusive Capital Partners and WovenEarth Ventures, with a career in alternative energy that includes co-establishing EnergyWorks, a Bechtel Enterprises/PacifiCorp joint venture, serving as President of US Biodiesel Group, and holding the role of President and CEO of the geothermal company ThermaSource. He founded Ridge Energy following a management buyout of select ThermaSource assets and later sold the company to Iceland Drilling. Named a 2017 Distinguished Career Institute Fellow at Stanford University, Chow advises the TomKat Center for Sustainable Energy and has served on the National Council of the World Wildlife Fund since 2008.

Ryan Auker is a PhD candidate in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Stanford, where he conducts research in the Urban Informatics Lab on the effects of extreme heat on energy systems. He also serves as a Data and Analytics Fellow at WovenEarth Ventures. His work focuses on the energy transition, including clean energy and electric transportation.
