Isaac Sonnenfeldt is the Community and Operations Manager at BankTech Ventures, where he manages operations across the fund's network of community banks, portfolio companies, and partners, including its Annual Summit, events, communications, and an AI-powered internal platform he developed. He previously led people operations and talent acquisition for an education technology company, including a leadership role in China overseeing teams across cultures. Based in Florida, he previously spent time in Boston.

Wendy Gartenberg is Chief Financial Officer at MUUS & Company LLC, a private investment company focused on alternative energy products and services with a portfolio of private equity and fund investments. She previously served as CFO at TIGER 21, a peer-to-peer learning network for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, where she also held operational responsibilities, and earlier held financial management roles at Marie Chantal and Four Seasons. She studied mathematics at Emory University and George Washington University.

Kavita Patel is Senior Investment Director of the Debiopharm Innovation Fund at Debiopharm Group, where her work includes sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and documenting investments, along with board participation and support of portfolio companies. She currently serves on the boards of Nucleai, BC Platforms, and Immunexpress, and has held prior board positions at companies including Carevive, Acteon, Kaiku Health, Biocartis, GenePOC, Diagnoplex, and TCLand. Her earlier experience includes a role as Business Development Manager in the life science technology supplies and biopharma industries, spanning product development, marketing, and support across hardware, software, and reagent products.
