He previously served as CTO and co-founder of Locomation, an autonomous vehicle company, and as a Senior Robotics Engineer at CMU's National Robotics Engineering Center, where he contributed to projects including autonomous helicopters, mining trucks, and the DARPA Robotics Challenge-competing CHIMP robot.
