Investment thesis

ACT Venture Partners invests at pre-seed and seed, often as the first institutional investor, backing early-stage deep-tech before the science is widely believed. It focuses on AI applied to chemistry, materials, healthcare and industrial automation; computational biology and AI-enabled drug discovery; sustainability including advanced materials, construction tech and clean energy; spacetech such as observation, propulsion and satellites; frontier science-led IP-rich R&D; and dual-use technologies. It seeks a proprietary technical insight or scientific moat, markets shaped by irreversible change, and founders who can attract talent and scale. The firm supports portfolio companies with networking, early customer access, and Series-A fundraising, and emphasizes UN Sustainable Development Goals.
