Usluel serves as an Independent Board Member at Nokia and Hurriyet Emlak, and as a board member at the İstanbul Venture Capital Initiative (İVCİ), the Technology Development Foundation of Turkey, and the Usluel Group of Companies. He previously was CMO of the US software company KXEN and co-founded ILinc, an early developer of live web collaboration technology in 1994. He holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Elif Can İnalkoç Gedikli is an Investment Director and member of the Board and Investment Committee at Teknoloji Yatırım. Before joining the firm, she worked as a Project and Program Manager at TTGV on private equity and venture capital fund investments, treasury and risk management operations, alternative funding development for technology and innovation, and impact investing models. Earlier, from 2011 to 2014, she held roles in the SME and Commercial Banking Marketing Department at AKBANK T.A.Ş., starting as a Management Trainee. She holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Hacettepe University, and master's degrees in Communication Studies from Ankara University and an EMBA from Middle East Technical University.

Özgürbüz is the founder and managing partner of BMT Calsis Group, a company that develops and manufactures regenerative biomaterials. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at the Health Industry Employers' Association of Turkey and lectures on Engineering Management at Hacettepe University, and previously was founding chairman of TUBITAK Biomedical Technologies Research Center from 2004 to 2008. He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Ankara University and an MSc in Bioengineering from Hacettepe University.

Yaman Tunaoğlu co-founded KAREL, a Turkish telecommunications and technology platform company, in 1986, and served for 36 years as Head of R&D and Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the design of the company's telecommunications products. Over his career he developed and managed KAREL's Electronic Manufacturing Services operations (1993–2005), led the international sales team (2005–2009), and established its Defense Industry Solutions division. After Doğan Holding acquired control shares in KAREL in 2022, he was appointed CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board; he also chairs TESİD and holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Boğaziçi University and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

İsa Özdemir works as an Investment Analyst at Teknoloji Yatirim. He previously worked within the venture capital funds of ODTÜ TEKNOKENT, coordinating entrepreneurship programs including YFYİ and METU STARS and working on green and digital transformation projects. Earlier, he interned at Türkiye İş Bankası in risk management and treasury operations and contributed to process development and data analytics projects at companies such as ETİ and BAT, founded an environmental technology startup called Refresh the Future, and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University.

Selin Afşaroğlu is an Associate at Teknoloji Yatırım. Before joining the firm, she was a Business Development and Customer Relations Manager at Altay Software Defence (2019-2021) and a Marketing Specialist in Corporate Banking at QNB Finansbank A.Ş. (2017-2019), having begun her career as an economics researcher at Samsung Electronics. She holds a BA in Economics and an MBA, both from Bilkent University.
