David Schiff has more than twenty-five years of experience developing and investing across private equity, credit, and real estate markets, with a focus on special situations, private credit, and asset-based investments. Since 2016 he has been a founding partner of Innovatus Capital Partners LLC, where he serves as CEO and Chairman of the Investment Committee. He was previously a Partner and Portfolio Manager of the Asset Backed Value Funds at Perella Weinberg Partners, and earlier held roles at Broadworth Capital, Amaranth Advisors, Wachovia Securities, and JPMorgan. He holds a B.S. in Consumer Economics and Housing from Cornell University.

Ravi Bhagavatula has more than twenty-five years of experience across deal sourcing, deal execution, asset management, operations consulting, and C-level management. Before joining Innovatus Capital Partners in February 2019, he co-founded and served as Managing Partner at Excelsior Capital Partners, and previously held roles at Republic Financial Corporation, Marlin Equity Partners, Resilience Capital Partners, and KPMG/Bearing Point. He holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management, an MS in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University, and a BE in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani, along with CFA and CMA designations.

Amit Khasgiwala has more than seven years of experience spanning investment banking, equity research, and engineering focused on medical technology, life science, and healthcare services. Before joining Innovatus in September 2017, he worked in the healthcare investment banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and earlier held engineering roles at NNE Pharmaplan and Merck & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Bioengineering with an Economics minor from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business.

Ana Firmato has more than twenty years of experience in corporate finance, concentrating on international banking products. She joined Innovatus Capital Partners as a full-time consultant in April 2019, having previously held roles including Managing Director at Crecera Trade Finance (Latam Trade Capital) in Brazil, Partner in the Debt Advisory group at KPMG in Sao Paulo, and Head of Trade Finance at INTL FCStone, along with earlier positions at Banco Standard de Investimentos, DF Deutsche Forfait do Brasil, Standard Americas, and Banco Itau. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and is a CFA Level 2 candidate.

Bradley Seiden has more than thirty years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, recapitalizations, and asset management across a wide range of property types. He joined Innovatus Capital Partners in September 2017; earlier he was a Managing Director at S2K Partners advising Panasonic Enterprise Solutions on smart cities and buildings, CIO of Tightline Equities, and a Principal at Investcorp International, where he completed roughly 100 transactions valued at over $3 billion. He holds a BBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.

Claes Ekstrom has more than twenty years of experience in asset-backed investing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance, with work spanning healthcare and other industries. Before joining Innovatus Capital Partners in 2016, he worked with Perella Weinberg Partners' Asset Based Value Strategy Investment Team and held roles at Bentley Associates, Merrill Lynch, and Lehman Brothers' healthcare investment banking group. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Edwin Zhang has over seven years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, and financial analysis, with a focus on the life sciences sector. He previously worked as an Investment Banking Associate on the healthcare coverage team at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in New York, working on M&A, debt financing, leveraged buyouts, and capital market transactions, and earlier served as an Assistant Vice President at Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from New York University.

Georgia Carreira has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, acquisitions, and loan origination across retail, office, multi-family, and industrial assets. She joined Lincoln Property Company, Commercial Inc. in July 2020, where she is dedicated to Innovatus's real estate strategy and focuses on asset management of the office real estate portfolio. Her prior roles include Vice President of Asset Management at DLC Management, Senior Associate Director at Allianz Real Estate of America, and various positions at GE Capital and GE Real Estate. She holds a B.S. from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

Joined Innovatus in July 2019 with over 15 years of financial services experience focused on direct investments in special situations and distressed debt; previously at Excelsior Capital Partners.

Joseph Azulay is an accounting professional with more than fourteen years of experience in the private equity and asset management industry, joining Innovatus Capital Partners in March 2019. He previously served as a Director at Hedgeserv, a fund administrator focused on private equity, credit, and listed equity funds, and began his career as a Senior Audit Assistant at Deloitte's Financial Institution Practice. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York State and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Yeshiva University.

Keith Bergen has more than twenty years of experience in asset management. He joined Innovatus Capital Partners in September 2018, after serving as Controller of Alternative Investments at Third Avenue Management, where he oversaw accounting and operations for the alternative funds business. He started his career in 1998 as a fund analyst at Morgan Stanley & Co, focusing on fixed income and money market funds, and holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. Francis College.

Marc Sansevere joined Innovatus Capital Partners in January 2024 and has over 14 years of experience in accounting, focused on commercial real estate. He previously served as Vice President of Accounting at Santerre Health Investors, overseeing accounting and financial reporting for a large healthcare asset portfolio, and held roles including Assistant Controller at DigitalBridge Group (formerly Colony Capital). He began his career at KPMG auditing real estate companies, is a licensed CPA, and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University.

Michele Barcellos has more than twenty years of experience in corporate and investment banking, spanning credit risk, structured trade and commodity finance, and M&A. Before joining Innovatus Capital Partners, she held roles including VP in the Structured Credit Division at Hemisfério Sul Investimentos (HSI), Credit Specialist at Bradesco, Senior Credit Officer at HSBC Brazil, VP in investment banking at INTL FCStone, and positions at ABN Amro and Santander in Brazil. She holds a Business Administration degree from Cândido Mendes University, a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC.

Michelle Galvez joined Innovatus Capital Partners in October 2024 and has seventeen years of legal experience, including over eleven years in asset management. She previously served as senior vice president and senior counsel at PIMCO and as a vice president at BlackRock, working on fixed income and alternatives matters such as private credit, direct lending, structured finance, CLOs, and real assets, and earlier was an associate at Sidley Austin. She holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and an undergraduate degree in Economics-Political Science from Columbia University, and is licensed to practice law in New York, Washington, D.C., and Texas.

Peter Wassmann joined Innovatus Capital Partners in April 2024, where he supports the real estate investment strategy including asset and portfolio management. He has more than five years of experience in commercial real estate equity and debt transactions across asset classes in U.S. and Canadian markets, previously working as an associate at Blue Vista Capital Management from 2019 to 2024. He holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Sean Wilke is Chief Compliance Officer at Innovatus Capital Partners, a role he took in October 2024 after serving as an external consultant to the firm since 2016. He is also a senior managing director and US head of growth strategy at IQ-EQ, which he joined through its acquisition of Greyline, where he had been an early-stage partner. His earlier career includes a director role at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps), general counsel and chief compliance officer of a credit manager, work as a corporate and securities attorney, and a compliance role at Bear Stearns & Co. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University and a J.D. from New York Law School.

Tim Cobb joined Innovatus Capital Partners in April 2022 and has six years of accounting experience in the asset management industry. He previously worked as a Senior Fund Accountant at Brigade Capital Management, handling accounting, compliance, and operations for high yield credit, distressed debt, and structured credit funds, and began his career at Ernst & Young auditing hedge funds and mutual funds. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State.

Webb George has over four years of investment banking experience focused on life sciences. Before joining Innovatus, he was an Associate at Blackstone Life Sciences, working on debt, royalty, and equity investments and helping deploy roughly $800M across various deal structures, and earlier was an Associate on Morgan Stanley's Global Healthcare Investment Banking team. He holds a BS in Neurobiology and Economics from Georgetown University.
