Firda

Lauga Oskarsdottir has international business development experience from the shipping industry in New York and has worked in IT as a consultant and entrepreneur since 2013. Prior to joining Firda, where she is a Partner, she managed the incubator at StartupLab. She holds a BBA from Berkeley College (2012).

Magnus Nordseth has experience in product development and management, company and product strategy, IT, and business processes, along with investments, M&A, and IPOs. He was involved through the full company lifecycle at Energy Micro, holding several key roles. He holds an MSEE from NTNU (2005) and serves as a Partner at Firda, supporting Firda Active portfolio companies and sitting on the boards of several of them.

Amalie Damsgaard Jensen works at Firda with a background in interaction design, supporting portfolio companies on customer journey mapping, brand strategy, and workshop facilitation. She focuses on the intersection of technology and design, working to create intuitive user and customer experiences. She holds an MSc in Industrial Design from NTNU (2021).

Amanda Limstrand is a trainee at Firda, focusing on interaction and strategic design. She works with the firm's portfolio companies on improving user involvement and making advanced technologies more marketable. She holds an MSc in Industrial Design from NTNU (2024).

Jens Lillethun manages deal flow and new investments at Firda and serves as the point of contact for investment inquiries. He previously helped build ICP Ventures, an industrial venture capital firm focused on the net zero transition, and worked at the consulting firm Kearney. He holds an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU (2019).

Martin Siggerud is a trainee at Firda who supports the firm's portfolio companies. He holds an MSc in Cybernetics and Robotics and a bachelor's in Economics and Business Administration from NTNU, combining technical and business knowledge in his work.
