Following work at Mizuho Bank and PwC Advisory, he joined INCJ in 2017 to work on VC and fund investment, then held business and management planning roles at a startup and did startup investment at Tokio Marine Holdings' CVC. He joined in his current role in March 2025.

Dani Reiss is Chairman and CEO of Canada Goose, a role he has held since building the company from a $3 million business when he joined in 1997 into an operation generating over $1 billion in revenue. During his tenure, the company expanded into international markets, added new product categories, and grew its direct-to-consumer business. He has been recognized with appointments to the Order of Canada (C.M.) and the Order of Ontario (OOnt).

Jonathan Goodman is the Executive Chair of Knight Therapeutics Inc. He also serves as a sessional lecturer at McGill University, where he teaches a course titled "Happiness Means Business."
