Investment thesis
Traun provides early-stage capital to ambitious B2B founders in Slovakia and Central and Eastern Europe. Built by the team behind Slido, the firm offers hands-on support across product, go-to-market and hiring rather than capital alone. It typically writes first checks of around €100K, acts as a first or lead investor, and makes about five to six investments per year. Traun operates an evergreen fund structure, allowing it to stay invested as long as it benefits the company without pressure to rush exits.
