Markus Hökfelt is a Venture Partner at Norrsken VC and previously worked at Spotify. His background includes roles in the music tech industry and venture capital, with experience in international expansion, strategy and operations, and market research. He holds an MSc in Business & Management with a focus on Marketing & Media Management from the Stockholm School of Economics and an MSc in Business & Administration focused on sustainability, environment, and energy sectors from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Samira Aissi is an investor and member of the board of directors at Echandia, focusing on energy technology, deep tech, climate tech, and B2B technology in Europe. At SEB Greentech VC, she led and supported six investments from seed through Series B across areas including maritime electrification, energy flexibility, heat pump infrastructure, autonomous robotics, and AI inference optimization, working on sourcing, diligence, deal execution, and board support. Her earlier career spanned product ownership, early-stage impact technology, strategy consulting, and M&A.
