Tim Heijwegen is an entrepreneur and former CEO with a background in advanced technology and manufacturing. He spent 15 years as co-owner of Hittech Group, a high-tech equipment contract manufacturer and system supplier serving OEMs in semiconductors, medical, robotics, and automation, which grew to nine companies across Europe and Asia with €200 million in revenue and 750 employees before its 2025 sale to Apheon.
