Dick Woodbridge is a retired partner at Fox Rothschild LLP with a career spanning intellectual property law, corporate startups, and angel investing. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and a J.D. from George Washington University, and has served as author or co-author on approximately 900 U.S. patents and attorney of record for 1,500 U.S. trademarks. Over a decade as an active angel investor, he has held positions in numerous portfolio companies across biotechnology, medical devices, and other sectors, including investments made through Delaware Crossing, Walter Greenblatt & Associates, and SOSV IV Fund.

Elizabeth Sigety is a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, where she chairs the National Emerging Companies & Venture Finance Group and founded and previously led the firm's Franchising, Licensing & Distribution Group; her practice focuses on corporate, business, and financial transactions, and she serves as general counsel to emerging and middle-market companies in the franchise, life science, hospitality, and technology sectors. Jeffrey Nicholas is a retired executive who served as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Business Improvement at TriMas Corporation. His experience includes P&L responsibility, supply chain and inventory management, cost accounting, and the oversight of high-technology manufacturing sites, including offshore facilities. His work also covered strategy deployment, project management, organizational development, and site selection and relocation.
