Investment thesis
Aligo invests in early-stage, often pre-revenue, companies addressing global challenges in health and the environment. It backs founders who start in Poland but have ambitions to scale internationally, writing tickets of EUR 0.2-0.5M and acting either as sole investor or co-financing rounds. The fund is willing to be the first investor at the pre-revenue stage and focuses on healthtech and cleantech. Beyond capital, Aligo offers a consulting business that helps companies find additional funding sources, including domestic and foreign grants, to accelerate growth.
