Alex Wu is a founding team member and VP of Strategy, Marketing, and Partnerships at NEX Team and Managing Partner at Cavalier Venture Partners. He previously held marketing and communications leadership roles at Newsela, Uber, Quora, and Facebook, and worked on the Obama for America campaign. He holds a B.S. from the University of Virginia.

A former Major League Baseball pitcher and the first South Korean-born MLB player, Chanho Park joined SparkLabs as a Venture Partner to support young generations and Korean startups seeking global expansion. He also runs the Chanho Park Dream Foundation supporting young baseball talent.

Former Group President at Procter & Gamble who led its North America operations, with prior senior roles at Johnson & Johnson and S.C. Johnson across the US, Brazil, Mexico and Venezuela. She serves as a board director, investor and strategic advisor, sitting on boards including Verizon, Target, PPG and Hilton, and co-founded H Venture Partners Brand Fund.

Salle Yoo serves as an advisor at SparkLabs Group and holds board and advisory positions across multiple organizations, including the Asian Art Museum Foundation and Scripps College. With legal and operations expertise developed through roles as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Uber and IonQ, Yoo also lectures at Stanford Law School, Columbia Law School, and USC Marshall School of Business. As a limited partner in venture funds managed by Construct Capital, Operator Collective, and January VC, Yoo provides advisory services to portfolio companies and SparkLabs Mobility.
