Stephanie Pemberton is a General Partner at Morro Ventures, where she invests in technology companies in emerging markets. She began her career as an Investment Analyst at ANSA Merchant Bank and later held a leadership position in her family's U.S.-based medical group. She founded Planting Seeds, a private equity incubator and television series for startups, and Bad Granny Media, a digital agency, and advises governments and agencies on entrepreneurship and private sector development.

Cyril Meduña is Founder and Managing Partner of Advent-Morro Equity Partners, a Puerto Rico private equity firm, and serves as a Partner at Morro Ventures. He earlier founded Meduña & Co., Inc., a corporate finance broker/dealer, and began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank, where he helped establish Chase's investment bank in Puerto Rico. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from George Washington University.

A Registered Dietitian (MS, RD) with a decade of sales experience at brands like VEGA, KIND, and Vital Proteins, where she served as Chief Revenue Officer through its acquisition by Nestle Health Sciences.

Ronald Frederick Harford is a Caribbean banking executive with a career spanning over five decades, beginning at Barclays Bank in Port of Spain in 1963 and holding management roles across Trinidad, Barbados, Grenada, and Dominica. He served as Managing Director of Republic Bank Limited from 1997 and as Chairman from 2003 until his retirement in 2019, overseeing regional expansion and payments infrastructure development. He holds an Honorary Doctor of Laws from the University of the West Indies and now advises Morro Ventures on deal origination, governance, and sectoral strategy across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Adam Beguelin is co-founder of Holberton School Puerto Rico and chief mentor at the organization. He holds a PhD in Distributed Systems from CU Boulder and has experience founding technical startups in the software industry, with expertise in cloud computing, mobile applications, web applications, SaaS, and Ruby.
