Alberto Mulás is a Principal on the investment team, based in Mexico City. He previously served as a Vice President at Covalto (a fintech-turned-bank) leading corporate development and structured lending, and worked at Kearney and Morgan Stanley. He holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and a BA in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.

Alejandro Arenas is a Senior Director on CIM's investment team based in Bogotá, Colombia. He previously worked as a VP handling early-stage venture capital at investment bank Inverlink, as a private equity associate for Latin America at Developing World Markets, and as a private bank analyst at J.P. Morgan. He holds an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School and a BA in Economics from Universidad de los Andes.

Arash Gourtani is a Senior Director on CIM's investment team (working as a consultant through Codevity). He previously co-founded Impact Credit Solutions as Chief Analytics Officer, and held quantitative and data science roles at Funding Circle UK, Barclays, and HSBC focused on SME credit risk. He holds a BSc, MSc, and PhD in statistics/operational research/mathematics.

Audrey Gordon is a Senior Director on CIM's investment team, based in San Francisco. She previously served as VP of Private Credit at New Island Capital Management and worked in community lending and debt underwriting roles at Wells Fargo and Bank of America. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

Bhavan Barhate is a Principal on CIM's investment team, based in Mumbai. He previously co-managed three private credit AIFs at Northern Arc Investment Managers overseeing about $225M, and was a senior consultant at Capgemini India. He holds a PGDM in Finance and is a CFA charterholder.

Alejandra Granados is a Manager on CIM's investment team based in Bogotá. She previously worked as a structuring analyst in investment banking at Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional, a Colombian development bank, and interned at Axon Partners Group. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Universidad de los Andes.

Andrea Bernal is an Operations Associate at CIM's Colombia office. She previously worked as an accounting assistant at BMZ SAS and Trichem de Colombia SAS, and holds a B.S. in Accounting and is a certified public accountant in Colombia.

Barry Joseph is a Director of Risk at CIM, based in San Francisco. He previously held risk, credit, lending, and treasury roles at fintech companies including Settle, Ripple, Flexport, and CircleUp, and began his career in the Federal Reserve System during the 2008 financial crisis. Bharat Desai is a Senior Manager on CIM's investment team based in New York City. He previously worked as a senior data scientist at Nikel, an embedded finance company in Southeast Asia, focusing on fintech credit due diligence and portfolio monitoring, and earlier conducted machine learning research at the NUS-Singtel R&D Lab. He holds a B.Eng in Systems Engineering from the Singapore University of Technology and Design.

Camila Lopera is an Associate on CIM's investment team based in Bogotá, previously working as a structured finance analyst at Fitch Ratings Colombia and as a corporate investment banking operations intern at J.P. Morgan Colombia. She holds degrees in Economics and Finance (with a data science emphasis) from Universidad EAFIT.

Doris Agustina is an Operations Associate based in Bali, Indonesia. She previously worked in accounting at The Dog Paradise, as Head of Administration at Bent Blackstone Indonesia, and began her career as an Administrative and HR Officer at Grama Bazita Maintenance Indonesia. She studied Computerized Accounting at the University of Technology Mataram.
