Dick Leazer· Advisory Board/Emeritus Co-Manager

Leazer is a co-founder of WIP and retired managing director of the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation. He previously served as president of Ohmeda and Anaquest, both acute care medical companies under BOC.

Michael Thorson· Co-Manager

Thorson joined WIP in 2011 and became co-manager in 2014. He is a co-founder and managing director of Inventure Capital and previously held senior positions in finance at Bank of America, Soros Funds Limited, and Bankers Trust Company over a 16-year career.

Andy Shrago· Advisory Board/Emeritus Co-Manager

Shrago was most recently Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Prodesse, a molecular diagnostics company that was sold to Gen-Probe in 2009. He has held financial and marketing roles at Datex-Ohmeda and maintains an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Taylor is a former investment banker who retired from Babcock & Brown in Hong Kong in 1998 and has since authored books including Wisconsin Where They Row. He holds a business degree from UW and an MBA from Indiana University.
