Sivesind is a co-founder of WIP and has been involved in early-stage biotechnology companies in Wisconsin since the early 1980s, founding companies including PanVera Corporation, Mirus Corporation, Renovar, and Metabiologics.

Dlugos is an operations professional with experience in leading quality and process improvement initiatives across financial analysis, project management, and business intelligence.

Wood has been active with WIP since its inception and brings experience from the startup through exit of Space-Metrics, a manufacturing firm specializing in cabinetry and office furniture.

Bodden spent 28 years in the insurance industry at American Family before retiring in 2019 and subsequently joining WIP as an active investor and co-manager in 2020. He holds a Bachelor's degree from UW Eau Claire and a Master's in Finance from UW-Whitewater.

Kelly joined WIP in 2012 and became co-manager in 2017. He brings experience as a major project finance attorney at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and holds degrees in biochemistry, history, and law from American University and University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Thorson joined WIP in 2011 and became co-manager in 2014. He is a co-founder and managing director of Inventure Capital and previously held senior positions in finance at Bank of America, Soros Funds Limited, and Bankers Trust Company over a 16-year career.

Shrago was most recently Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Prodesse, a molecular diagnostics company that was sold to Gen-Probe in 2009. He has held financial and marketing roles at Datex-Ohmeda and maintains an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Taylor is a former investment banker who retired from Babcock & Brown in Hong Kong in 1998 and has since authored books including Wisconsin Where They Row. He holds a business degree from UW and an MBA from Indiana University.

Loewi has a background in banking and has assisted biotech startups with business development. She holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from University of Wisconsin Madison and currently serves as Chair of the Board of The Nature Conservancy in Wisconsin.

Bodilly is a retired managing partner of KMA Bodilly CPAs who provided accounting and tax consulting services to small businesses and startups. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.

Duerst is a retired sales and marketing executive with 30 years of senior management experience, including 23 years as Senior Vice President at Hologic, a NASDAQ-listed medical equipment company.

Mischler is a retired physician executive and clinician who serves on boards of several startup companies and non-profit organizations.

Mackie co-founded TomoTherapy Inc. in 1997 and has served as Chairman since 1999. He is a professor of medical physics and human oncology at University of Wisconsin and holds patents in medical physics and oncology.

Yaktus has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry across life insurance, mutual funds, and separately managed accounts before focusing on early-stage investments.
