Algoma

Algoma is a proptech company building an AI-native platform that automates pre-construction work for real estate developers. Users enter an address or search criteria and the system returns a feasibility study covering zoning analysis, capacity calculations, market intelligence, construction cost data and pro forma modeling. Site search covers development-ready parcels across all 50 US states, with searches by address, by more than 20 GIS filters, or by drawing a boundary on a map.

The platform is organized into modules: site search; a natural-language AI agent that finds sites, reads municipal code, adjusts assumptions and reruns capacity within a single conversation; a map layer view with flood zones, wetlands, environmental overlays, opportunity zones, sewersheds, census tracts and other GIS layers, with custom layers offered within 24 hours; generative site layouts and yield studies for single-family and multifamily programs, including site boundaries, auto layout, road network adjustment and water retention planning; photorealistic renderings from user-selected angles; rent comps, demographics, supply pipeline and submarket data; and export to PDF reports, CAD files, rendering images and zoning summaries.

Beyond the software, Algoma offers professional services that convert feasibility output into deliverables: planning packages with zoning-aligned layouts covering parking, circulation, landscape and infrastructure; design packages for individual buildings or entire neighborhoods; and development packages in which Algoma manages the development process from initial site search through construction administration.
