Brent McCrossen is Managing Director of Revelry's Startup Studio, where he oversees the process of generating, testing, and validating ideas and building companies, then recruiting operators to lead them. Before joining Revelry, he founded and ran two media tech companies, Audiosocket and LIDCORE, stepping down as CEO of both in early 2019. His career began in Seattle's music industry through talent-buying and artist management.

Peter Liu is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Revelry Venture Partners. His earlier work includes roles with The Idea Village, VentureUP (which he founded), Pritzker Group Venture Capital, and Global Shaper. He is a Kauffman Fellow (Class of 2021) and holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and management from the University of Virginia.

Jennifer Baldwin joined Revelry after spending more than ten years working in the hospitality industry, seeking a career change into a new field.

Jon Bogran has been with Revelry since 2018 and serves as CFO, where he handles capital budgets, working capital, tax reporting, financial modeling, pricing strategy, and tax credit procurement. He has over a decade of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and business strategy, with prior roles in banking, lending, financial sales, and startups. He holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing and entrepreneurship from Louisiana State University.

Nick Schello is the Chief Technology Officer at Revelry. He joined the firm as a software engineer through its apprentice program in 2014 and advanced to the CTO role over the following seven years. His writing covers software engineering topics such as React Native mobile development and automated deployment pipelines.
