Andrew Sykes serves as Senior Independent Director at ICG, having previously held the role before becoming Interim Chair in March 2022 and returning to Senior Independent Director in January 2023. He spent 26 years of his executive career at Schroders PLC and previously chaired Smith & Williamson Holdings Ltd and SVG Capital plc. He has extensive experience as a director of UK-listed companies with expertise in financial services and corporate governance.

Andy Lewis serves as General Counsel and Company Secretary for ICG plc and chairs the firm's Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Before joining ICG, he worked for 11 years in legal practice at Slaughter and May and Ashurst LLP, focusing on company law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and an Oxford University graduate.

Antje Hensel-Roth joined ICG in 2018 and leads strategic human capital management, with a focus on business diversification strategies, as well as communications and external affairs. She previously served as Global Co-Head of the Investment Management Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, advising the alternative investment community. She graduated from the University of Düsseldorf and holds a master's degree from the London School of Economics.

David Bicarregui is responsible for ICG's operating platform and corporate development, leading the group's day-to-day financial affairs and overseeing risk management. Before joining ICG, he spent 25 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as CFO of Goldman Sachs International Bank until 2022 and previously as Global-ex North America Treasurer. He holds an Executive MBA from Columbia and London Business School and a bachelor's degree in economics and politics from the University of Exeter.

Fiona Laffan leads communications at ICG. She previously spent a decade in-house running EMEA communications for Goldman Sachs and serving as Corporate Communications Director at Lloyds Banking Group, and held senior consultancy roles as Managing Director of Prosek Partners' London business and as a Partner at Brunswick Group. She began her career as an equity analyst in investment banking and holds a first class MA in Modern History from Oxford University.

Jonathon Bond is being appointed to the Board of ICG. He served as Chief Investment Officer at Grosvenor from 2021 to 2025 and has been Executive Chairman of Grosvenor's Financial Investment Committee since late 2025. Earlier in his career he was a founding Partner of Actis LLP, a founding Director of HSBC Private Equity in India, and held senior roles at Electra Private Equity Partners and Bain & Company, as well as serving as Executive Chairman of Skagen Group from 2013 to 2019. He has held several non-executive director roles, including Senior Independent Director at Jupiter Fund Management plc and directorships at Scottish Widows, Standard Life Private Equity Trust plc and Camellia plc.

Matthew Lester is a chartered accountant and senior finance leader with extensive public company experience. He previously served as Group Chief Financial Officer of Royal Mail plc and ICAP plc, and held Non-Executive Director roles at UK public companies including Man Group plc and Barclays Bank plc. At ICG he provides independent oversight of executive management and has chaired the Audit Committee since July 2022.

Robin Lawther joined the ICG Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 November 2025. She spent over 20 years at JPMorgan in senior Investment Banking roles across North America and Europe, including leading the European Financial Institution M&A Execution Team, and has previously served as a non-executive director at Nordea Bank Abp, M&G PLC, Oras Investments, and UK Government Investments. She also manages her own student housing developments in the US and UK and received a CBE for services to finance and diversity in 2020.

Sonia Baxendale has worked as both an executive and non-executive in the financial services industry across North America and the UK, spending most of her executive career at CIBC. She currently serves as President and CEO of the Global Risk Institute in Canada and has previously sat on the board of RSA Insurance Group plc. On the ICG Board she provides independent oversight of executive management.

Vincent Mortier joined the ICG Board as the Amundi nominee director in March 2026, providing independent oversight of the company's executive management. He has served as Group Chief Investment Officer of Amundi since 2022, having previously been Group Deputy CIO from 2015, and sits on Amundi's Global Management and Executive Committees. Before Amundi, he held senior roles at Societe Generale, including Chief Financial Officer of the Global Banking and Investor Solutions division.

Virginia Holmes provides independent oversight of the company's executive management and has extensive experience across investment management and banking. She previously served as Chief Executive of AXA Investment Managers in the UK and spent over a decade with the Barclays Bank Group. She has chaired ICG's Remuneration Committee since April 2018 and holds directorships at several UK PLCs.

William Rucker joined the ICG Board on 31 January 2023 as Chair, succeeding interim Chair Andrew Sykes. He spent 36 years at Lazard, ending his tenure as CEO and Chair of its UK investment bank covering asset management and financial advisory, having joined in 1987 from Arthur Andersen where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He has held board and chair roles across listed companies, charities and other organisations.
