Frank Mora joined HCAP Partners in February 2013, where he works on originating, structuring, closing, and monitoring portfolio investments. He previously worked at DBI Capital, a lower middle market private equity buyout group, and before that held roles at Citigroup in Fixed Income Capital Markets focused on private placements and at the Economic Development Bank for Puerto Rico's venture capital team. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Hope Mago joined HCAP Partners in May 2009 and works on originating, structuring, closing and monitoring portfolio investments as well as investor relations. He leads the firm's impact investing initiatives and has been involved with the Global Impact Investing Network and Impact Capital Managers. Before HCAP, he was an analyst at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, and he holds an International MBA from the University of San Diego and a finance and banking degree from the University of Zimbabwe.

Stefan Okhuysen joined HCAP Partners in 2022, where he handles originating, structuring, closing, and monitoring portfolio investments and brings over twenty years of investment and operational experience across sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, business services, environmental services, education, food and beverage, and retail. He previously was a Principal and investment committee member at CVF Capital Partners and a Vice President on Tresalia Capital's private equity team, and earlier founded and led SOU Group, an imports and distribution firm, and worked as a Fixed Income Analyst at Banco Santander Suisse in Geneva. He holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. in Financial Management from Tec de Monterrey.

Ben Consoli is a Vice President at HCAP Partners, which he joined in 2023, where he works on originating, structuring, closing, and monitoring portfolio investments across sectors including business services, aerospace and defense, technology, manufacturing, and healthcare. He previously was a Vice President at CVF Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity fund, where he held board and observer roles at portfolio companies. He earned a Finance degree with honors from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a CFA Charterholder.

Jessica Kim joined HCAP Partners in September 2022, where she works on sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities, due diligence, deal underwriting, and portfolio monitoring, and serves as a board observer at portfolio company Apprio Health. She previously held roles at Morgan Stanley overseeing credit analytics for the Wealth Management lending portfolio, at Emigrant Bank Fine Art Finance underwriting collateralized loans, and at Citigroup in various risk management positions. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from NYU's Stern School of Business.

Bekhruz Nuriddinov joined HCAP Partners in 2024, where he supports due diligence and deal execution. Before HCAP, he worked on the Private Capital Advisory team at Stifel, contributing to the close of three deals in business services and industrials that raised over $365M. He holds a BS in Finance from San Diego State University.

Billie Jo Nutter is a healthcare and technology executive who most recently served as CEO of Chordline Health, and previously as President & CEO of Casamba and CEO of Brighton Rehabilitation. Her experience spans operations, cybersecurity, and enterprise turnarounds, working with private equity and national provider organizations to build scalable operations and prepare companies for acquisition.

Brandy Esquibel joined HCAP Partners in March 2023 as the firm's Executive Assistant, handling the firm's administrative operations. She has over 20 years of experience in executive assistant roles, including 17 years as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Garden Communities.

Brian Kinsman has nearly 40 years of experience working as a principal with middle-market companies, focused on originating, structuring, and closing investments alongside operational and board-level roles. Over his career he has invested more than $1 billion across growth and buyout deals and completed over 100 transactions. He co-founded and was Managing Partner at Bunker Hill Capital and previously held leadership positions at Kinsman Capital, Pacific Corporate Group, and Charterhouse Group.

Carole McCluskey has more than 30 years of experience in the technology sector, having held executive, board, and advisory positions at B2B and B2C companies such as Redbox/Coinstar, MOD Pizza, TrueBlue, Tealium, and TIBCO Software. She focuses on organizational, strategic, and digital transformation, as well as bringing new products and services to market.

Chenjing Wang joined HCAP Partners in 2023 and has over eight years of experience in investing, banking, and underwriting. At HCAP she works on originating, structuring, closing, and monitoring equity and debt investments across the U.S., focusing on healthcare, technology, and services, and serves as a Board Observer at several portfolio companies. She previously worked on the credit team at Morgan Stanley and led a team at Santander, and holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, an M.A. from the University of Southern California, and a B.A. from China University of Political Science and Law.

Luis Machuca has more than twenty years of experience leading emerging growth companies with a focus on operations and technology. He previously served as President and CEO of Enli Health, held senior leadership positions at Intel Corp, was EVP of the NEC Computer Services Division of PB-NEC Corp, and was President and COO of eFusion Corp. His background also includes governance, turnarounds, M&A, finance, risk management, and talent development.

Maribel Garibay joined HCAP Partners in June 2024 as Accounting and Office Administrator, handling accounts payable and HR matters. She previously worked as a Senior GL Accountant at Gurtin and PIMCO, where she managed the post-acquisition integration of Gurtin Municipal Bond Management. Her background includes over a decade of accounting work across industries such as finance, law, and manufacturing, and she previously owned and operated a juice bar in Pacific Beach.

Paul VerHoeve has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare services, with a focus on operations, value creation, and mergers and acquisitions. He has held leadership roles including President of Gentiva/Kindred Health Care and COO of Haven Health Care, where he oversaw major transactions and integration efforts. He previously served as CEO of Mission Healthcare, a former HCAP Fund IV portfolio company.

Peter Andersen joined HCAP Partners in 2024 as Vice President of Finance, overseeing the firm's finance function and fund administration, including valuation, audit, tax, and investor matters. He previously spent about ten years in public accounting, serving as an Assurance Senior Manager at BDO USA and completing his SAICA articles at BDO South Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Post-Graduate Honors Degree in Accounting from the University of Stellenbosch and is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and a licensed CPA in California.

Tom Woelfel joined HCAP Partners as Senior Director of Impact in March 2022, where he leads the firm's Gainful Jobs Approach and impact management efforts, working with portfolio companies and limited partners to improve job quality for frontline workers in LMI communities. Before HCAP, he spent over a decade as Director of Pacific Community Ventures' research and consulting practice, advising impact investors across asset classes and publishing research on impact investing and job quality. He holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Noah Bernstein serves as Director of the Quality Jobs Fund and Senior Program Officer at the New World Foundation. His work encompasses social impact investing, multi-donor and multi-sector grantmaking, community-based partnerships, fundraising, and capacity building and strategic planning.
