Bill Gerstner works at Saw Mill. He was previously a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Group at Principal Financial Securities, where he handled public offerings of debt and equity, private placements of equity, and M&A advisory work. Earlier in his career he worked on leveraged transactions, including equity investments, at Chase Manhattan Bank and Citibank. He holds a BA in Finance from North Park University in Chicago.

Scott Rivard joined Saw Mill in 2005. He previously worked as an Investment Manager and Associate at Capital Resource Partners, where he sourced, executed, and managed private equity investments in manufacturing and business services, and earlier was an investment banker in the natural resource group at Credit Suisse First Boston. He holds a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Scott VandeKerkhoff first joined Saw Mill in 2008 and returned in 2013 after completing business school. He started his career in investment banking at KeyBanc Capital Markets, working on advisory and capital raising assignments for industrial technology companies. He holds a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Tim Nelson joined Saw Mill in 2003. He previously worked at CIVC Partners in Chicago, concentrating on control investments in middle-market manufacturing and business services companies, and earlier was an investment banker at William Blair & Company. He holds an MBA in Strategic and Operations Management from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois.

Travis Foltz joined Saw Mill in 2011, later worked at Eureka Capital on private equity investing and portfolio company management, and rejoined Saw Mill in 2016. He began his career in investment banking at Janney Montgomery Scott and holds a BS in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.

Victor Krupinski is Partner & Director of Research at Saw Mill, where he conducts industry and market assessments on investment opportunities the firm reviews. He previously worked at Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, and before immigrating to the United States he coached the Polish National Junior Girls Basketball Team. He holds a master's degree from the Gdansk Academy of Physical Education in Poland and an MBA from Baruch College.

Dan Gregg joined Saw Mill in 2018. He was previously a Senior Associate at Gemini Investors, where he worked on private equity investments in lower middle market companies across various industries, and earlier began his career as an investment banker at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (financial services) and AGC Partners (technology). He holds a BA in Mathematics and Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Before Saw Mill, Devin Potts worked in consulting as a Senior Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, where he handled M&A due diligence for private equity and corporate clients and developed growth strategy. Earlier in his career he worked in scientific research and policy focused on natural resources and economic development. He holds a B.S. in chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh, an M.Sc. from the University of Chicago, and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Alex Rivera joined Saw Mill in 2023, having previously interned at Saw Mill Capital in the summer of 2022, where he supported new investment evaluation and industry research. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Binghamton University.

Ben Small joined Saw Mill after serving as CFO at three private equity-owned companies in the design, distribution, and manufacturing sectors, each of which reached a successful exit. Earlier he held finance roles at American Standard, rising to VP & Corporate Controller during the company's break-up, and was Corporate Assistant Controller at Advance Publications, along with earlier work in public accounting. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an M.S. in Accounting from Pace University's Lubin School of Business, and is a CPA with a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Brian O’Reilly is a member of Saw Mill, having previously held Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer roles at several registered investment advisers, including Gainline Capital Partners, Activant Capital Group, Richmond Hill Investment Company, and Great Point Partners. He began his career as an accountant at Ernst & Young, becoming a Manager in the Financial Services practice across the New York and London offices. He is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Finance from The College of New Jersey and an M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.

Cam McElheny joined Saw Mill in 2022. He previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare group at Piper Sandler, executing M&A transactions for medical technology and outsourced medical manufacturing companies, and earlier held an Investment Banking Analyst role at Citizens Financial Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Clemson University.

Carlos Santoro joined Saw Mill in 2024. He previously worked as an investment banking analyst at Guggenheim Securities, covering balance sheet restructurings, capital raising, bankruptcies, and distressed M&A, and earlier as a credit analyst at Goldman Sachs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Kansas.

David Lempert joined Saw Mill after working as a Manager at Bain & Company's New York office, where he advised private equity clients on commercial due diligence and growth strategy. He was previously a Vice President in wealth management at MUFG. He holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Business Administration and Finance from California State University, Fullerton.

Diane Gilhooley provides support to the Managing Partner, Chief Financial Officer, and the accounting team at Saw Mill. She also serves as the firm's office liaison for IT and A/V and coordinates firm events. She attended the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, NY.

Dillon Dod joined Saw Mill in 2024. He was previously an investment banking analyst at BlackArch Partners, where he worked on M&A transactions across energy and industrial services, life science and healthcare, and building products and infrastructure, and earlier held an analyst role at Bourne Partners focused on pharma and consumer health M&A. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University.

Isaiah Fleischmann previously worked at SS&C Technologies and at State Street Corporation, where he was an Assistant Vice President. Earlier he was a Senior Accountant at the hedge fund Caxton Associates and began his career auditing hedge funds at Ernst & Young in the Assurance & Advisory group. He holds a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a New York-licensed CPA.

Jacqueline Lenihan provides administrative support to several Partners and Deal Team Leaders at Saw Mill, handling scheduling, travel, and coordination of marketing events and Association for Corporate Growth activities. She also serves as back-up support for IT and building maintenance. She holds a BA in Elementary Education from Lynchburg College in Virginia.

Jane Bissonnette works at Saw Mill, where she contributes a background in operational accounting and administrative management. Her accounting experience spans the manufacturing, franchise, healthcare, and banking industries.

Joel Capellan previously worked at RSM, where he audited and reviewed financial statements for middle-market private equity firms with fund assets under management ranging from $250 million to $1 billion. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Lehman College and is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.

Kacy Yuhas works at Saw Mill. Before joining the firm, he was a Senior Associate at Bourne Partners Strategic Capital, where he worked on acquiring and growing healthcare businesses, and he started his career as an analyst at Seven Mile Advisors. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Davidson College and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Li Ma joined Saw Mill in 2024 following seven years as a Fund Accountant at Richman Asset Management. Earlier she worked as an auditor in the Financial Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, covering hedge funds and real estate funds, with additional experience in tax services, construction, and e-commerce. She holds a BS in International Business from Zhejiang University, an MBA in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport, and an MS in Accounting from Fairfield University.

Lisa Raiani previously spent eleven years at Commonfund Capital, Inc., where she served as Controller for her final seven years. She started her accounting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Investment Services assurance group. She holds a BA in International Relations from Bucknell University, an MBA in Financial Accounting from Pace University's Lubin School of Business, and a CPA license in New York.

Ryan Bradley joined Saw Mill in 2022. He was previously an Associate at Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, working on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic alternatives for public and private companies in the gaming and leisure sector, and before that an Analyst at Mizuho Securities. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
