Investment thesis
Leta Capital invests in strong founders with anti-crisis experience and no geographic ties. Its allocation splits roughly 60% into B2B software, 30% into B2C software, and 10% into frontier innovation. The current fund targets IT solutions built on deep R&D, chiefly B2B, that make existing markets more efficient or fundamentally transform them — including business analytics, big data, AI, process optimization and automation, and business robotization across logistics and production. It focuses on growth-stage companies with more than $50k/mo net revenue (or $600K annual booked net revenue) and over 2x YoY growth. The firm's third fund concentrates on Series A and Series B rounds, and it prefers to lead deals.
