Mauricio holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Colombia and completed an MBA at Columbia Business School. He worked as a management consultant and later as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Colombia before joining Clever Leaves, a medical cannabis company that went public on NASDAQ in 2020. He is currently CEO and co-founder of Castia.
