Teddy Lee is a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic focused on AI safety. Previously, he held multiple roles at OpenAI, including founding member of the Human Data team, product manager for data labeling infrastructure, and contributor to policy research and model specification efforts. His earlier experience includes product and operations positions at Scale AI, Google, and McKinsey, as well as involvement with the OpenAI Startups Team.
