Claudio D'Angelo is the Founder and CEO of SPEX Capital. He previously co-founded and managed Ryse Asset Management LLP, a VC focused on digital health and med-tech, and served as sole Director of Gauss Investments Ltd from 2009 to 2014. Earlier in his career he held sales leadership roles at BNP Paribas in London and Lehman Brothers London, and he studied Economics at Bologna University and completed an executive finance program at INSEAD.

Bradley Hardiman is a consulting executive with experience in life science venture capital, business development, and technology transfer. He has worked on equity investments and licensing arrangements, combining a scientific background with commercial expertise. Hardiman currently provides freelance consulting services and participates in ecosystem development through advisory roles and entrepreneurial initiatives.

Alok Prasad is Chief Operating Officer and President at KilgourMD, a dermatologist-led scalp-care brand, where he oversees operations, finance, supply chain, and growth. Previously, he led the UK launch of Mounjaro at Eli Lilly and worked in global healthtech venture investing across digital health and data platforms. He holds medical training from Imperial College London and business degrees from London Business School and UC Berkeley Haas.

Matt Varughese is a CTO consultant advising early-stage companies on product and technology team development, with previous experience as co-founder and CTO at Drover, a car subscription marketplace that was acquired by Cazoo in 2020. At Drover, he led engineering and product teams of thirty across London and Lisbon. He has specialized in machine learning and AI implementation, including work at Monolith AI, and currently serves as an expert advisor at Spex Capital, a digital healthcare venture fund, while actively investing in seed and Series A companies.
